We tried the lime soaked polenta cake - delicious. We were interested in their breakfast menu but our timing was not right.

Simple blackboard menu and a case full of baked goods which looked great. My wife tried a biscuit, which she said was the best she ever had. I had a ham sandwich which was toasted in he oven a little too long- but still good if a bit crunchy- as they seemed to get a small rush of three couples.... More

....and the soups and sandwiches are pretty special too! Plus the nicest people make and serve the food. A great, low key dining experience looking at the Chuckanut Mountains and surrounding farmland. Great stop if on a bike or driving. Hard to walk to now since they moved onto Chuckanut Drive

A friend has been raving about the breakfast sandwiches since they opened at the Chuckanut location...today was the day...all to be very disappointed. The Biscuit Sandwich, which consisted of a DRY Biscuit, egg was not organic, the cheese which was provolone?? combo was terrible. At the price of $7.25 I thought I would get a great sandwich....the only positive is... More

Really this bakery is the best in the Pacific NW - we go out of our way to stop by and stock up. Always friendly and I have never had anything there I did not like!

This little cafe has the best soups I have ever tasted. Whether it is their Pesole, African Peanut Soup or any other soups they make! I could live off their soups!

Sunny partly cloudy---folks at outside picknic tables---only seating for two tables of four inside. Greeted by warm welcome---in front of case of cinnamon buns the size of softballs---and other delights---gingerbread cookies the size of a small cowpie thick and chewey---Chalk-board menue listed Pozole home made (No tripe) with smoked pork chunks, hominy, a small piece potatoe or two and yummy... Love this little place. We stop here every time I come to visit my friend who lives in Bow. Our last visit included hamburger buns from the bakery. Made with grass fed beef hamburger meat from the dairy down the road, they were as tasty as any gourmet burger I've had at a restaurant. Most of their breads are sourdough... More

Went to the bakery 3 different days this week at 9 am and never open. Need to have consistent hours if you expect people to make make the effort to drive to your location. Very disappointed
