The Preservation Kitchen offers a limited vegetarian menu as well as menu with several unique options including wild boar and duck. The bar selection is very good, even with a few house infused spirits and house created cocktails. The presentation of the plates is very pleasing. I ordered the duck with cherry and onion preserves and yams, which were beautifully... More

Held a business meeting at the Preservation Kitchen. While drinking great local wines I enjoyed the short ribs and garlic mashed potatoes.

You have a choice for fine dining or casual whatever you prefer. Both sides were amazing. Service was a A+ as always.

Whatever you order(and everything is great) don't miss the mussels. The very best we've EVER had. The service equaled the food--fantastic. You also have both indoors and outdoor dining. Great wine selection and specialty cocktails

Ours was a special occasion dinner, and the meal did not disappoint at all! We started with the cheese, honey and nut plate...interesting combinations that complimented each other beautifully. We shared a pancetta spinach salad that was twice the size we expected, but again, fabulously tasty. Both of us ordered the Carmelized short ribs, potatoes and cauliflower and chard. The... More

We were unable to sit in the front room the night we went, as there was a private party in there. In the less formal back room, the noise level was fairly high, but the menu was the same (and very, very good). This seemed to be a popular haunt for both couples and larger groups of friends--there was lots... More

Recent dinner visit for 8 in upstairs dining room. I needed to have a nice restaurant to impress a client from out of town and my usual Seattle spots were booked. Since we were at a meeting at Evergreen Medical Center, I asked a colleague for a recommendation. I was stunned at the quality of the meal and the service... More

Located in an old house that has had many different restaurants over the years Preservation is your best bet if you are in the Bothell area and don't want to drive far to eat. Arriving on a Friday night around 7 we found their lower parking lot completely filled. However somewhat hidden from that parking lot is a small sign... More

This is a great half-way spot for east-side suburb/ex-urb dwellers to meet up with Seattle friends at. The food is solid and enjoyable, but mostly not mind-blowing in my experience (still, the prices are excellent for being a "foodie" sort of destination & the large portion sizes). The grounds are lovely (even if the overall part of town it's in... More

Preservation kitchen is a small hidden gem in Bothell. Server made great suggestions. Food was well prepared and plated very nicely. Prices reasonable. Great find
