many great things

starting with cocktails in the bar, we met with another couple for a couple's date nite... we had great food (my tenderloin was done to perfection), nice moderate portions, lots of interesting things to select from. shared dessert. good wine. I will be back!

Came here for Valentines Day dinner; 7pm reservations. Arrived a little early so sat in the bar for drinks. My Manhattan was a little less sweet then I like, but the staff was helpful recommending a beer for my husband & he enjoyed it. The trouble started when we were seated for dinner in the room off the bar. Seemed... More

My boyfriend and I decided last minute not to cook thanksgiving dinner. I began looking on line for restaurants in the Bothell/Mill Creek area with reservations available. I found Preservation Kitchen, and based on the reviews we gave it a try. We were not disappointed. I chose the beef tenderloin and he chose the traditional turkey dinner. Everything was delicious,... Our Thanksgiving dinner last night was our third dinner at Preservation Kitchen and just as enjoyable as the previous experiences. The food is always excellent, the servers pleasant and genuine, and the atmosphere very relaxed. But I would have to say that one of the nicest things about the restaurant for my wife and I is that the eating tables... More

Can't recommend the happy hour based on our experience. Margaritas were painfully small and had a weird, harsh flavor to them. The chicken on the chicken salad was good, but the lettuce it was on was made solely out of the dry, flavorless ribs of romaine. Felt like they were using the leftovers or something. Service was lackluster. When asked... More

We went there on 10/18/14, a Saturday night with reservations for 7p.m. When we arrived the restaurant was packed but because of free valet parking we had no problem getting parked. Once inside we were taken to a table within 3 minutes of our arrival. The service was great, as was the food. The menu has a wide selection from... More

Two friends and I went to Preservation Kitchen today for lunch. The servers were friendly, but the service was extremely poor. There was no silverware on the table to begin with. One of my friends ordered a salad prior to her entree. She asked if she could have bread and was told she would receive it. No bread was brought... More

Black (miso) Cod was perfect! The perfect combo of delicate and sophisticated. Served with delicious lemon quinoa, brussels sprouts, turnip, broccoli, and carrot. Wish I could have also tried the seared duck & corn grits! The restaurant is split in two - the bar side and formal side. I was in the bar side; Very casual, but professional. The formal... More

Stopped in here and had lunch the other day. I sat in the bar and had a delicious ruben sandwich and chips.
