Just came back from my first experience at Flats. While a little pricey, the food was delicious, and the waiter and waitress who helped us were very pleasant. Unfortunately, I ordered the sangria. I arrived later than my friends and did not realize a little taster was available, and I''ve never met a sangria I didn''t like, so ordered one.... more

We had the Esparragos (balsamic glaze, grilled asparagus, seared shitake), the Galicia (seared scallops, caramelized onions, cannellini beans and pesto), among other dishes and were pleasantly surprised. This place does the art with a passion. more

We try to make it into Flats every-other-month or so and have never been disappointed. It's definitely one of the best restaurants in Bellingham - excellent, unique food, great wine list and nice ambiance. more

We've been going here for a few years now and love the service, the wine list (as well as wine advice), and the diverse tapas selection. Never disappointed. Always a great, friendly, satisfying experience. If you stay late enough, the owner may drop by your table for a chat - with a bottle of porto to share. more

This small little restaurant is truly a hidden secret in Bellingham. The food (tapas) is nothing more than appetizers, and we ordered almost half of the selections on the menu. What an amazing experience. Every dish they brought out was unique and flavorful and the ingrediants were totally unexpected. My wife is very picky and she also enjoyed everything. They... more
