You haven't experienced Bellingham until you visit Mallard's for some ice cream. They have some super unique flavors and some superb tasting standards (we're talking high caliber vanilla ice cream here for all of you plain jane's out there that like to keep things simple). I refuse to eat ice cream anywhere but Mallard--that's how good it is. It is the creamiest, yummiest ice cream ever, and they make some amazingly creative flavors. I love the pepper ice creams, but if you ever see any flavor with cheesecake in the name--get it!!! It is mind blowing! more

We used to always hit up Mallard's for ice cream, but never again. We were treated so horribly I will never step foot in that place again. The ice cream is delicious, well priced and service is quick. I personally recommend the White Russian and the coconut chocolate almond ice cream. If you happen to fell like being adventurous, there are some pretty unusual flavors there too. more
