Love the homemade ravioli

Locals place. We go here when we are up for butternut squash ravioli or one of their others. Lots of focaccia bread is served. Very busy on the weekends. Outside tables during the summer. Lunch too...have never had a bad meal here.

Downtown location you need to search it out. Great relaxed atmosphere, good for families. Excellent service. The raviolli sampler was delicious but order the small size and ministrone soup was tasty. 4 adults and one 9 year old each enjoyed the meal. No complaints. We took home three cartons of food so portion sizes are big. Price is moderate and... More

First is that they give you lots and lots of bread (Focaccia). It was in the appetizer and a few of our entrees. Seafood was good. Decent clam sauce. However, the rest of the meal was mediocre. Lots of cheese on everything. Their pasta sauces were very bland.

Overall I like D'anna's. Had some good meals there over the years. The gnocchi and the ravioli dishes I think are their strong suite. Also, some of the chicken dishes are very good. I tend to stay away from the "baked" items such as the lasagna and manicotti are just flat and very dry, not really very good in my... More

A perennial favorite Bellingham establishment and easily the best Italian restaurant in town. It's not fancy; it's rather small; it's not particularly inexpensive (although it's an excellent deal); there's no view or special atmosphere... Instead, it's all about the food and the service, which are both outstanding! We took a large group there (14 adults) and everyone raved about their... More

I tried the shrimp scampi and it did not disappoint. The shrimp were good sized and the sauce had a nice kick to it. I really enjoyed the downtown location in that after dining you can take a nice long walk to burn off a few Italian calories.

I had read reviews on Yelp about D'Anna's. They were all so positive we decided to give it a try. If you want real Italian food, this is the place. We got there around five because we had tickets to the Mt Baker Theater for a play. By 5:30 people were starting to come in in droves. By the time... More

Stopped here for dinner with my wife. The menu has lots of selections. We tried the ravioli sampler and bruschetta to start. Both were excellent The main dishes of ravioli and lasagna were also very good Definitely stop by if you have a chance as it has good food and great service too

Parking was hard for us to find (on a beautiful Saturday) but I'm sure glad we found a spot and ate at Dánna's Café. The sandwiches were delicious. I had the parmesan chicken sandwich, and my husband had the spicy shrimp with pasta. One of my sons had a Italian sausage sandwich and the other had the grilled chicken sandwich.... More

This place competes with my grandmother's kitchen ... when you walk in you can smell how good the food is going to be! Fresh made pastas, innovative salads, great cocktails plus straight old fashioned Italian bottle wine. Have been traveling to Bellingham for years and never leave town without a meal here. The staff, often students, are friendly and the... More
