The food is very well-prepared, especially the pasta. The sauce was tasty. The salad that comes with the meal was just ordinary and the cheese-bread that comes with both the salad and the main course is best brought home and heated before eating. I would also stay away from the red house wine. The problems though are not the food,... More

We were looking for a place to have dinner on the way home from Seattle to Vancouver BC, and found D'anna's. We were pleasantly surprised by the very high quality of the food and service. The Bruschetta was near-perfect, and our mains (gnocchi and manicotti) were very good.

Oh good grief! I had dinner at D'Anna's this evening and am hoping that the only way I might get this terrible taste out of my mouth is by writing an honest review. I was with 3 other people and their food was passable which is why I have given it 2 instead of 1 star. I ordered the pasta... More

Love the bread! Absolutely amazing - When it's done right. Some days it's fluffy, warm and just wonderful goodness. Some days it's thin, a bit burnt and doesn't resemble the norm. In fact, I've had several servings of this bread on the "same" visit and one serving doesn't look a thing like the one I had 15 minutes earlier. Lunch... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel desk clerk and we gave her a big thank you. The setting is not impressive but not awful. Everyone I was with was happy with there food but I was thrilled. I ordered the roasted red pepper ravioli and it was delicious! It was in an Alfredo type sauce covered in Parmesan. We... More

Nice food. Good quality ingredients. Lots of space and easy to get a table even on a Saturday night.

Looked it up on Urban Spoon and had good review so gave it a shot. Not a very big place but seems to hold a lot of people, had a short wait, maybe 10 minutes and it was 7pm. Service was quick but had to wait for the entre, seemed a little long, maybe because I was with two hungry... More

We have been eating at D'Anna's for about 20 years and we frequent D'Anna's more than any other restaurant in Bellingham. It is not fancy and maybe a little rough around the edges, but the food is always good and the prices are reasonable. We all have our favorites, but sometimes we branch out and we are seldom disappointed.

We had dinner here because we heard about the home-made pasta. The restaurant was crowded, but the staff was very friendly. The portions were pretty big and included a big piece of homemade bread. I had the linguine with fresh clams and it was delicious. The tiramisu was not so good, but I was so happy with the pasta that... More
