It's great. I can't stay away. I generally avoid american mexican restaurants because they either cover everything with cheap cheese or they they make somthing called a burrito that is really a wrap. Taco Lobo is fresh food, simply made. more
If you like authentic style, you'll like Taco Lobo. Don't expect american style mexican. Your taco will not be a hard greasy bright yellow shell with ground beef and cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, but rather shredded chicken, pork or steak with cilantro, onions and cabbage. We love Taco Lobo because it's not your average mexican food. It's fresh, never over cooked, and full of flavor. The salsa selection is great too and it's all home-made. Taco Lobo is a good restaurant if you're sampling the various offerings of mexican fare throughout Bellingham, I suggest trying it at least once. I tried it, it was enjoyable, but nothing special called me back to it. more
