The good things about Poppe's are of course the martinis (which come with the shaker) and the sliders. The ambiance is very classy and you would never know you're at a Bellingham bar. With an enormous amount of martini's and the quality of great food, I could go to Poppe's everyday. Plus the serving staff is highly trained professionals and extremely friendly. The second time I came in they had already remembered my name. The best place in Bellingham by far. more

My husband was out with some friends after a day of golf and decided to go to Poppe's. He ordered one drink and was eventually cut off because he one to many out on the golf course. I completely understand about this, however as they tabbed out (he had 3 other people with him), the waitress (Aeriel) chased him down... more

Super hip yet unintimidating atmosphere. Great martinis at fair deals. Foos is good as well. Kinda busy but smoke free and great place to hang out with friends. The only down is the jazz band is usually alittle too loud but I can overcome! more
