Boundary Bay Brewery opened in 1995 & we've been making great handcrafted beer and fresh, local food for the Bellingham community ever since! Our brewery houses a Tap Room and family-friendly Bistro, located in a restored historic 1922 warehouse in Downtown Bellingham, across from the Saturday Farmer's Market. We also have a great deck for outdoor dining and a Beer Garden where you can enjoy BBQ's and outdoor concerts in the Summer.

Yummmmmmm.... And excellent beer too...

I am picky about my beer but always get the sampler to be sure...I loved everything on the as paler..even types of beer I don't normally care for. There was a wait to sit in the dining room but no wait in the tap room so that's where I sat. The only drawback I can thing of was there was... read more

Met with a friend for lunch after being told it was a good place. I ordered fish tacos. They were cold, the rice and beans with them were cold. It was loud and noisy. My husbands salmon chowder was OK. My friend said her salmon sandwich was OK, but I had also said mine was as I did not want... More

Every time we come to B'ham this is a must. This is perhaps one of my favourite micro breweries in the country (Mountain Sun in Boulder CO is my favourite). The IPA is of course what the region is known for and is great, but their darker beers are just as good. One of our favourite things to pair with... More

I used to enjoy coming here when visiting B'ham. My last two visits I really noticed a decline in the food and service...beer is still yummy though. The menu seems to have less options, which usually means focus on the quality / theme but that is not the case. too bad.

Recently went here on a Sunday evening, 35 minute wait so we went into the bar. Really fast service, beers on our table almost immediately. Food was excellent, hot, well plated and delicious. My pulled pork sandwich was juicy and well spiced. One of my favorite places to go with friends and family. Boundary Bay is also very child friendly,... More

Execellent meal. We were visiting the area and wanted to try a microbrew restaurant but also prefer locally sourced food. This place scores high marks for both. Two people at the table tried a sampler of thier beer and found each beer tasty. I loved the salmon chowder. Other items we tried were beer-b-q, the Mac and cheese and the... More

I've been here a few times and I really wanted to like it more that I did. People friendly, good location, relatively good beer, average service and average food. The place has a nice energy and a beer garden. If you are looking for a place with above average food, this is not your place. However, the food fits the... More

Check out the outdoor beer garden and live music stage. Great place to dance on a warm night.

This is a popular place with it's own brewery on site. The food can be spotty--sometimes very good (they have a great stew) sometimes not so hot. It's a college hangout with lots of local folk mixed in.

Go there to enjoy the beer, friends and atmosphere first and consider the food a nice-to-have. The menu is fairly simple - and should be - to keep the emphasis on the beer
