Boundary Bay Brewery opened in 1995 & we've been making great handcrafted beer and fresh, local food for the Bellingham community ever since! Our brewery houses a Tap Room and family-friendly Bistro, located in a restored historic 1922 warehouse in Downtown Bellingham, across from the Saturday Farmer's Market. We also have a great deck for outdoor dining and a Beer Garden where you can enjoy BBQ's and outdoor concerts in the Summer.

Fun Brewery

I have gone to this place many times. It is always good food and beers ! ! Summer time is even better. They have outdoor sitting and local music also. You have to try this place. Normally a 10 to 20 minute wait is normal.

Boundary Bay Brewery is a Bellingham staple and has phenomenal beer...highly recommend the Scotch Ale. It's always hard not to order the mac & cheese...so creamy and cheesy! Yum!

Boundary Bay is our "go-to" destination for a quick, delicious lunch or supper. We don't expect to do much conversing -- it's far too noisy for that -- but the choice of beers is invariably excellent, and our meal has never disappointed. Because of its proximity to the WWU campus, the clientele often consists of young people. The noise is... More

While they might be best known for their awesome lineup of beer, Boundary Bay has a great food menu as well. Their clam dish is one of the best we've had all year. Their beer sampler (6 beers each 5 ounces each) is a great share item!

We stopped in here to grab a few beers during a recent trip to Bellingham. As someone who has visited a number of breweries and enjoyed hundreds of different kids of beers I was very impressed. The CDA was one of the best I have had! The atmosphere was lively and I was even able to catch my Wild on... More

This place is always busy and especially so in the summer months when the outdoor garden is open. Sometimes there is live music to add to the ambiance. The food portions are ample and the quality top class. We love the relaxed casual nature of the place, the service and the locals from Bellingham. Try coming on a market day... More

This place is kind of the Big Boy in town - been around a long time and for good reason. Solid menu and reliable quality beers. With their size and success they've lost some of their ability to be creative and the emerging brewpubs that abound in B'ham are pushing the envelope harder with their seasonal and specialty brews. Still... More

The restaurant was crowded, which was surprising considering that the food was not great. It wasn't bad, either. The burger was kind of tasteless and some of the fried potatoes were undercooked. The server did not want to wait on us in the taproom because our party of six was too large, but she "made an exception."

I want to like this place, but they never change the beer that they brew. It's always the same and it will always be the same. That being said, it isn't gross by any means, just standard brewery beer. The food is nothing special. Again, the menu has been the same for as long as I can remember and is... More
