Best Happy Hour

We go to the Homeport for happy hour about once a month, it is a great deal. They have a $5 appys menu and $3 draft beer. Good wine selection also. We always order the Manila Clams with a side of bread to sop up the broth. Soooo good! If you stay for dinner, get on the wait list and... read more

We have always enjoyed dinners at Anthony's. What a fabulous view! Also like the lay-out of the restaurant and decor. The salads and fish were excellent once again, with plenty of choices for wine. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. OK, it's not as fabulous as Ray's Boathouse (in Seattle) but it doesn't cost as much either. We'll be back... More

The view was good the but the service was mediocre - the waiter seemed like he wanted us to leave. The food was OK, but have had better fish at Earl's restaurants. The restaurant is nice but it was freezing and we had to beg for some blankets. After the Oyster Bar this was a real disappointment - would not... More

Visited on 7/25/2012 with a friend who lives in the area during the summer. I live in Florida and this was my first experience with West Coast seafood. We arrived without a reservation and were told there would be a wait of approximately 35 minutes. Thirty-five minutes later, we were seated and had ordered our cocktails. The service was exceptional.... More

We just had dinner here and it was a very nice experience. We actually arrived before 5:30, so we ended up ordering off of the early bird set menu. The selections were good and we both enjoyed our appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert. The portions were a perfect size for us, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The shrimp cocktail... More

Anthony's has a beautiful restaurant and great location. Menu options are limited and after a few visits you will know the menu by heart. The food is good, but not great. Servers are always neat, well groomed and well trained. Lunch at Anthony's is always pleasant and the food is good. I do dislike the ginger slaw served with fish... More

My husband had a separate gluten-free menu which was why we picked the restaurant. The food was fine but not exciting, and would be good for groups with children. The view is wonderful, especially at sunset.

Frustrating that the owners should choose to make their profit by accompanying an excellent rockfish entree with school-cafeteria-plastic-plate portions of green vegetables and salad. It is as if they said "This is a sample of what a salad would be like, if we were to serve you one." But alas, one comes for the view of the harbor, and the... More

We visited this restaurant on Sunday and had a great experience! The outside patio was perfect - overlooking the marina. The only syggestion I might make to the restaurant is that they install umbrellas when the temperature is hot. The service was excellent, friendly and prompt - great happy hour pricing too! We ordered off of the regular menu and... More

Aside from the location, with a nice view of the marina, there's nothing out of the ordinary at Anthony's. It's a chain, and accordingly, there are no surprises. Certainly acceptable, but in a hum drum sort of way. Give it a pass and instead seek out a spot unique to the area.
