Chef Suporn is back after the previous owners ran this place into the ground. Renamed Nok's Thai Cuisine Suporn, a Chiang Mai native is once again serving up her amazing Thai food.

The service was spot on so maybe we just got there on a good day/time (mid week - 6pm, ish). The food was absolutely spectacular. One of the best curries I have ever eaten. They have MSG in their food, though (it triggers my migraines) and I knew it within 10 minutes. I want to go back and see if... More

The history of Thai restaurants in Bellingham can be convoluted, particularly at this location (the former home of Supon's and Poor Siamese). It was a desire to sample Poor Siamese that brought us to this largely residential area, and what we found (surprise!) was a new business name associated with well-known expertise in the kitchen. We sampled the Green Bean... More

Tgis food is delicious and very reasonably priced. I have only eaten there for lunch and often order the lunch special. The owner is friendly and would always come out to say 'hi' to his customers. A nice touch.

Overall, I give this place 4 out 5 across the board. Food was well prepared with fresh ingredients and offered variety of authentic menus. Service was little bit on the slow side but the waitress were friendly and accommodating. We will likely to repeat and I have no problems recommending this place to anyone I know.

Supon keeps opening restaurants and selling them. The food was terrific when Supon was in charge. Not so since she moved on to Ferndale.

Like: This is the only Thai restaurant in Bellingham that I go to! If you are into noodles and/or a Pad Thai fan, order the "Thai Style" Pad Thai. It is much more authentic and DELICIOUS (I order it with tofu and veggies. The portion is large enough for three meals! Their Stuffed Chicken Wings (appetizer) are innovative and tasty,... More

You get a lot for the lunch specials. The See Ew is great. Not that busy at lunch so it's worth it. Seem to go thru staff though. Oh well, as long as the lunch stays the same quality...

The food really is the best thai I have had in bellingham. The atmosphere is a little odd, but the takes you slip in to are near and I guess authentic. The bonus is that they serve both fish based and tomato based pad thai. For a vegetarian it matters.

Food is good. Service seems to have improved since they downsized to one location.
