My husband and I were pleased with the pizza here. We ordered the plain, and it had fresh tomatoes and basil. The dough is homemade. It did not give us that heavy feeling that some pizza's leave one with.

The food was tasty and the decor delightful! Clean, relaxing, A+ server. What more could you want. After you eat stroll around Fairhaven to top off a lovely evening!

I guess I am bias in my opinion growing up in NYC. This place is not very good, I had better Italian food at the worst Queen's corner pizzeria. Spend your money somewhere else as this place is also overpriced.

We ordered the halibut special. It was succulent, fresh, very tasty, cooked perfectly, no heavy sauce, just right. It was also a very generous portion. We had plenty of food to take home for another meal. I personally love having leftovers when dining out, especially when the food is so good. The bread is freshly made all day - piping... More

I have visited this little Italian restaurant many times, but the last time was very disappointing. It was not up to its old standard. The Caprese Salad which has always been my favorite was not good. The cheese sliced very thin, the tomatoes were not ripe, there was too much basil and little dressing on the salad. I've had it... We have eaten here twice now when we are passing through here; and our friends who live here tell us this is their favorite place here. My friend loves the plate of mussels and the bread that is provided with every meal. I ordered the penne primavera and it was delicious. The staff have always been friendly and helpful; and... More

It is a little crowded and can be a little noisy but it has a nice feel to it, the service is excellent, the bar is very small but doable, and the food is outstanding a the variety is good. Not a romantic spot for me but great otherwise.

Our party of seven really enjoyed our meal at Mambo Italiano! We traveled from our home in Nevada to watch our son and friends in the Ski to Sea, so we took them to Mambo to carbo-load. The reservations were honored, the menu had lots of yummy choices, the food was delish, and the service was attentive! Highly recommend!
