Great Happy Hour, rotating menu and taps

Always has the best beer on tap from a variety of breweries. A little on the spendier side for Bellingham, but they put a lot of thought into their menu.

As many other reviews have stated, some of the dishes on the menu are unique and tasty. Yes, the brussel sprouts are yummy. However, when we received the bill, we noticed that a tip of 18% was added in and that was taxed along with amount for the food, which I have never seen done before and which makes no... More

I had lunch/ breakfast with my love one. My love order drink and I have cranberry juice for my beverage. I waited for good ten minutes and have to ask if the beverage is ready or have you put our beverage yet. The server said sorry and I will check. She came with the drinks and said enjoy, before she... Great choice of food and beverages. Enjoyed dinner with the whole family which happen to all be adults. I think it is best as an adult night kind of place but I think kids are allowed in the eating area.

The food was adequate but not amazing - fairly ordinary. Overpriced for what you get. It is best as a place to meet a friend and have a beer.

We arrived at The Copper Hog at 7:15 on Valentine’s Day for dinner. The young lady took our name and I had to ask her how long was the wait since she didn’t offer a time. She told me she guessed maybe 30 minutes, that there were plenty of empty tables, but they needed to be cleared and there were... More

Our dining habits have changed now that we have a toddler, and have been missing out on happy hour specials since most restaurants make them available only in the bar. But The Copper Hog offers them in the restaurant part too. We started with poutine, which was very good. They have a great variety of items on the kids menu,... More

We stopped in for a quick bite during an Octoberfest pub crawl. We didn't order entrees, but took advantage of the half-price appetizers. Although the cheese on top of our poutine was a bit crusty (maybe 20 seconds too long in the salamander?) the fries and gravy underneath were gooey and yummy. The cracklins are dressed with a pepper-lime salt,... More

I had visited the Copper Hog on several occasions and brought some friends to visit the restaurant. We ordered food at 3:05, just after happy hour had started. I ordered immediately after my friends, who received their food within 15 minutes of ordering. At 3:35 I asked the status of my order to the bartender, who was taking food orders,... More

Been to Copper Hog twice. Fun little eclectic pub. Nice menu. Not too heavy, tasty dependable pub fare with a modern twist. We had the Royal Burger, pulled pork sandwich with a ginger slaw (yum) and Mac & Cheese. All recommended. The space is large and very comfortable. Service both times was slow and disinterested. Last time the waiter was... More
