We enjoyed every aspect of our visit to the Copper Hog. The beer list was excellent - about 12 carefully chosen craft beers on tap. My husband's pulled pork sandwich with its ancho chili based sauce was one of the best either one of us has ever tasted, and the accompanying fries were also exceptional. I ordered the fried Brussels... More

We were here with two other couples for an early dinner and ended up ordering a table full of appetizers to share. There weren't many other people in the place yet our server seemed to have other things to do rather than pay attention to what we needed. The food was good, ribs and pork roll, oysters and salads but... More

Family friendly restaurant downtown Bellingham! My sister and her boyfriend took to this place on our first night in Bellingham and the food really hit the spot! I'd never had duck before and so I ordered the duck hash, it was really tasty! Everyone else in the party really enjoyed their food as well, they even have a kids menu!... More

Can't understand the raves. Bad service. Icky solids at the bottom of coffee cup. Mystery meat in veggie omelet. Hockey-puck English muffin. Lingering "I ate a bowling ball" feeling.

The menu here is impressively innovative--pickled duck eggs, lentil moussaka, and wonderful salads. Our dinner was interesting though not amazing. I would try it again.

Food was great, decent value. Service was somewhat slow although in was a Friday night. They did accommodate a large (15) party with short notice.

Recently I travelled down into Bellingham, Washington state, USA to visit Costco. The Copper Hog was recommended by a Costco employee as I was going through the till, and asking the cashier for a good restaurant to dine at. I arrived with my husband and we were quickly seated. The menu is quite varied, with lots of different food items... More

The wait staff helped me choose my beers, and I was not disappointed. The food portions were just the right size and absolutely tasty. I try to grab a meal here every time I'm in Bellingham.

Great hangout for the college and inner city body who prefer suds to wine. Pig inspired menu is not cheap.

Our first of many future visits today. I loved the atmosphere, the dining area was quaint and the service was impeccable. We came for Sunday brunch and I ordered the Kailua pork hash, it was the best thing I have ever eaten. It had red peppers, onions, grilled pineapple, potato hash of both regular and sweet potato with two fried... More
