This review is more than fair and well thought as I have visited this restaurant many times being a mexican food junkie! Such a shame that an awesome location like this happens to be a desheveled rotting old building. Never mind the lack of heat, just don't trip over the floor heaters placed in walkways. These people did the impossible for me, and have great service and food. The people are very warm and friendly. Having been to Mexico, I can honestly say this place has genuine Mexican ambiance.
