Very good food less the attitude more

After reading all of the reviews, I arrived with much anticiaption. And then my journey through hell started. Yes, we were seated promptly. Then the terrible service started. I order the same thing everytime. Petite Filet Mignon (Well Done) and Vahlrona Chocolate Souffle. Daniel's has the most consistent flavor of steak, in my opinion. more

This is the best steakhouse in Washington. Service is great, as is the food. I've never been disappointed when we've dined there. What I like most of all everytime everything is consistant. I'll be back. more

I've eaten @ Daniel's three times, all private affairs. Each time, the steak was very undercooked (I asked for medium well and it was very pink - almost red). The view is great and the staff is friendly, but I thought the meat was definitely overrated, especially for the very high prices. more
