Great steaks in a classy environment!

Daniels Broiler on the top of the Hyatt has great steaks in a dark wood traditional steak house decorated space. There cuts of beef are large, good selection of sides. the wine list is also varied with multiple price points. Great with a client or special occaision.

We came here on our anniversary looking forward to a memorable evening with great food & service. We were disappointed from the moment we arrived. There was no recognition of our anniversary (as there had been the night before at Seastar) although the Concierge at the Hyatt made the reservation for us a week in advance & informed them of... This is the best steak restaurant in Bellevue, Hands Down! On a busy Wednesday night , the staff was ready to serve each table with expert, friendly service, and fabulous food!! The appetizers, salads and entrees are all served in a professional manner. Our fresh tomato salad was served on two plates as we were splitting it. Our filet steaks... More

I have been here 7-8 times and never been disappointed. I have had the New York Strip, Filet Mignon and Rib Eye. I usually get my steaks rare or medium rare. The waiter comes with a flash light (due to low lightning) and ask you to cut your steak while he waits and check if you are ok with the... More

Service, atmosphere and food very good. My favorite was our dessert, chocolate cake with ice cream, amazing! Great piano player, fun crowd, and company!

I have been here for streak once and happy hour twice. They are a wonderful steakhouse and an even better happy hour location. The views from the bar are excellent.

Once you have dined at Daniels you understand that this fine restaurant is an institution in Bellevue. The Hyatt Hotel and this city would not be the same without Daniel's Broiler. Wonderful and kind staff accompanies quality food that is served with passion. A very extensive wine list does the rest and the experience becomes complete and worth repeating.

The piano bar was fantastic! Gorgeous views, rooftop patio, great drinks, great music, great staff, great crowd! It was an older established crowd who wanted to enjoy good music and drinks. No young ones looking to be loud or make a scene. The piano player was fantastic playing the typical Billy Joel, Elton John hits with his own flair. The... More

If you’re looking for some of the best steaks in Seattle you can’t go wrong at Daniel’s. Restaurant is pricey, but totally worth for the quality you get. Service is great and you also get a panoramic view of the city. Definitely recommended.

I guess you pay for the view here. I'd say each meal was $10 overpriced but it was very good. Service was good too. I wouldn't come back because of pricing. Great place to take someone you want to impress.
