Visited for a quick snack at the bar. The sushi was very good, and the creme Brule delicous. We had a couple of very good valued red wines. Highly recommend

Chose to have dinner here based on the reviews. It was near perfect from start (Ceviche!) to finish (Coconut Cream pie). This is a great place for special dinners or just a great night out. Service was attentive and professional. Recommended.

Of all my reviews I rarely use 5 stars, but Seastars makes it.In the Seattle area you have a lot of choices for seafood. There are lots of start up restaurants hoping to be the best of the best.. Seastar has been at this location in Bellevue for 13 years, essentially when downtown Bellevue got going. The restaurant has had... More

This restaurant is known for its amazing and huge variety of fish dishes. They serve both raw fish and fully cooked . Small bites menu and regular size entrees. My son had a cup of the bisque, which was fantastic. I had the Hazelnut grilled rainbow trout with pilaf and brown butter asparagus - amazingly good dish. My son had... More

There are now so many nice places to get good quality sashimi/sushi you might be inclined to do a bit of research. Although all seems a bit pricey, if your the typical brainless " go there cause it's in Vogue" Bellevuite, I'm sure you'll be happy. Steer clear of dining and head for raw bar if you want fine quality... More

We have enjoyed lunches, dinners and appetizers at Seastar over the years. Each family member has favorites from the salmon to halibut to ahi tuna. We enjoy the excellent wine list and the expertise of the sommiliers who have helped choose just the right wine. The desserts are to die for - the banana spring roll sundae and chocolate truffles... This restaurant is consistently great - I have never had a bad meal or poor service. It is expensive, but the quality of food, recipes and presentation are worth it. If you are visiting Bellevue, this is worth a splurge to experience some of the area's best seafood. I live here and frequent the restaurant about once per month. Considering... More

What Seastar may lack in ambiance due to its office building location, it more than makes up for in great food and its mountainous Coconut Cream Pie that rivals the famous one from the Palace Kitchen. My wife and I have dined here on many occasions, birthdays, business, raw bar before a show and have never been disappointed and usually... More

you must put this restaurant on your to do list. And the prices aren't that bad considering how good the food, service, and atmosphere. Make reservations, the place is packed even on Sunday nights.
