I have eaten here on several occasions for work and personal and they have the best seafood. Always good! It's a little pricy but worth it! Go during restaurant week for a good deal. Must try the creme brûlée!

Seastar is rated as the number one restaurant in Bellevue and we would would heartily agree. The ambiance is wonderful. The menu of fresh seafood is lengthy and preparations are expertly done. Our waiter (whose name I forget but he told us about arranging a wedding proposal event at the Salish Lodge) was outstanding as he recommended menu items (the... More

I have lived in the Bellevue area for 10 years and visited Seastar over 50 times. There are many good seafood choices in Bellevue and Seattle, but Seastar is great and has a diverse changing menu. 3 weeks ago my wife and I had several selections of cold crab and shrimp from the oyster bar. Their cedar plank king salmon... More

Truly amazing service and an excellent menu. I recommend the tuna crudo to start followed by the sweet shrimp risotto. The truffle chocolates and a glass of dessert wine finished... More

Having dinner at this top-rated, yet unpretentious restaurant was a very pleasant experience. The interior is spacious and tastefully designed, with minimum decor but warm paneling. The noise level is low due to the spaciousness. Service is friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. My wife had the tuna, and I had the rainbow trout. My serving was so large... More

Chef Howie is a very creative and fastidious guy. The selection of fresh seafood is extensive and the preparations are unique. The dishes are all good. We had sword fish, an amazing Thai shrimp hot and sour soup, and some smoked steelhead in ancho chile sauce. All perfect. Not huge portions. Prices a little high. But a really great place... More

Try the Tower and the crab legs ... oh yes, and help yourself to a fabulous wine selection. That should make for the perfect evening.
