Excellent breakfast, not cheap though

Met a friend for Sunday brunch, she had the "ultra light" which was an egg white scramble and came with a fruit cup and a toasted bagel with raspberry jam and cream cheese. I had a Greek omelette with feta, spinach and olives, also came with a toasted bagel and jam/cream cheese. Mine was huge, I... read more

Great place for breakfast, large servings and fun environment. We had bagel sandwiches and sound, yes for breakfast and it was wonderful. Again, portions are large so be prepared or plan to share.

Had a recent business breakfast here. I ordered the bagel and lox, a favorite. What appeared was a beautiful breakfast sandwich of superhuman proportions with all the trimmings arranged beautifully on my plate. Others had some of the egg dishes, and no one was left disappointed. If you are in the mood for traditional jewish deli food - this is... More

I've been here a few times and each time I say, I've gotta go back. I recently went for lunch with my BFF on a beautiful Friday afternoon. I had the Tomato Florentine soup and Garlic Chicken Caesar Salad - yum. My BFF always goes for the Matzo Ball Soup and Chicken sandwich. Make sure to get a chocolate chip... More

We have been here on numerous occasions. Love the breakfasts especially the omelets. For lunch you can't beat the pastrami and corned beef sandwiches. But my fav is always the matzoh ball soup. Cant beat it!

This restaurant has great New York style sandwiches. The Pastrami and Corned Beef are the best in town. You will not be disappointed but you will suffer sticker shock. This place is very expensive!

So I was excited to try Gilbert's. It's an order at the counter kind of place & they have a good selection of my deli favorites. I had Matzo ball soup- the matzo ball was excellent with some carrots & celery in the broth which was just meh. I also had #9, the highlighted favorite with pastrami, corned beef, Swiss,... More

Being from the east coast, Gilbert's is my type of place. I try to go to breakfast there every Sunday and it makes my week. If you have read other reviews on this site they complain about the cost of the meals. The fact is that you get what you pay for. If you order an omelet you get an... More

The food here is good. We live in Bellevue so I've been here many times and the lady who is always there, owner, manager, whatever, is RUDE.....ALWAYS! I came in once for lunch with my daughter dressed in baggy gym clothes (I do NOT feel it is necessary to wear a cute lululemon outfit for every workout!) and she rang... More
