Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Cantinetta's in Bellevue. The artichoke/polenta and Prosciutto di Toscano appetizers were terrific. 3 of us ordered the Papardelle Bolognese and it had great flavor and just the right amount of spicy kick to it. Our 4th person ordered Cappelletti in brodo and was also quite pleased. For dessert we shared the hocolate Pistachio Torta. Quite... More

My parents had been telling us about this restaurant in old Bellevue for a few months and we finally had an occasion to visit last week. When we first arrived we were standing at the front entry and were ignored for at least a few minutes. Finally a (female) server came over next to my husband, touching his arm and... More

Went on a Friday evening, early at 5.30pm with 2 kids, ages 11 and 14. The place was pretty quiet when we got there and the hostess was very bored. By 6pm the place was much busier and the ambiance in the bar was good. The restaurant has a refectory feel or abbey feel about it and is not really... More

We got to Cantinetta a little bit before 6pm (since we on a tight timeline with our babysitter). And boy were we glad we got there early! But 6:30 the place was packed! When we left around 8:15 there was about 40 people all eagerly eyeballing our table. So get there earlier - especially since they don't take reservations for... More

Table of 7, sluggish gnocchi, overlooked tagliatelle, ridiculously small appetizers. To be fair, very good deserts. One way to get away with it is great service, which did not happen. Had to wave to catch attention, which made us feel as if we were back home (we re French!). A smile would have helped, but was nowhere to be seen...

We were eat so sat at the bar and had some great cocktails. Barman can rustle up pretty much anything you want and they were great. Super food although ambience wasn't fantastic, weirdly arranged tables but overall had a great evening!

More urban trendy than Italian Cantina in décor. Very good wine list. BIG SURPRISE...REASONABLE MARKUPS. Service was prompt and professional, with no attempt to rush us, even with kids. We shared several antipasti...melon with bruschetta, mozzarella and tomatoes...all were superb. The pasta dishes were as good as the reputation...great flavor in the Bolognese sauce, and their version of a carbonara... More

This sleek eatery on Old Main St looks gorgeous, figured we would try it with the whole family. Inside is all hard surfaces and it is outrageously noisy, was near impossible to talk to each other. The homestyle large picnic bench style table we got in the back was very pretty but also hard and uncomfortable. Although the menu sounded... More

We recently had dinner with two other couples and could not decide what to have, the manager who is always delightful asked if he could suggest a tasting menu served family style... Well it was amazing. We were able to enjoy the restaurants best dishes and sampled our way through the menu....truly delicious! The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive,... More
