Fantastic

Fantastic asian food! There is always a big queue to be seated but the food is really good. I eat better asian food only in China.

The restaurant is conceptually unique. There are many Chinese restaurants in larger North American cities that serve dumplings but I am not aware of any other that dedicates most of its menu to dumplings. The dozen or more people hired to make the dumplings are on display in a picture window just outside the establishment. This is reminiscent of some... More

We went for a late lunch so we had no wait. The service was great. The waiter made us ginger soy sauce and showed us how to eat the dumplings. (ask for both if you've never been there before). We ordered theD1 - their famous pork soup dumplings as well as pork/shrimp dumplings in a spicy sauce. We also had... More

This restaurant is large, noisy, expensive and not worth the long wait. The food was only adequate and the staff was more interested in each other than providing service to their customers. I will not eat there again.

We waited almost an hour to eat here and the wait was worth every minute. The dumplings were the best I have ever tasted, light and delicious. The buns were also special, not heavy as some often are. The fried rice was ok, but I would have liked more flavor. The cucumbers were a nice departure from the warm foods

They have a lot of courses, but make sure you pick the dumplings - they are the best ever! People stand in long lines for 1-2 hours to get in. Go after the "rush hour". The interior is a bit canteen like - try to get a seat in the back of the restaurant - it's less noisy.

Food is amazing and the service is also great, the place is not expensive at all, great food for a great price. This place completely changed the way I felt about dumplings.

Outstanding dim sum. Plan to arrive and order early, the wait can be as much as 45 minutes at peak times. Worth it!

This is my favorite restaurant chain from when I lived in Singapore. I've been craving it since moving back to the U.S. and finally made it to Seattle. It did not disappoint. I recommend the pork xiao long bao and any of the fried rice variations. Yaro buns are slightly sweet as a dessert option. There were some different menu... More

I came to Din Tai Fung on a Monday after hearing years of hype from my family. Ordered fried rice with pork, wonton in chili sauce, and crab dumplings. I've had the fried rice before, their fried rice was excellent. The wonton in chili sauce was average. Chili sauce was spicy, but lacked the flavor I was looking for. But... More
