We walked over to the village from the ferry dock and were fortunate to find Cafe Nola. The grilled salmon sandwich was excellent. Nice selection of wines by the glass, half and full bottle. Reasonable prices, friendly service.

I visited during a work morale event outing. The wine and beer list was OK but severely limited option-wise. I started with the clam chowder which wasn't as thick as I personally like it. Adequate flavor but nothing to write home about. I then had the special halibut sandwich. Again, adequate but nothing special. My coworker mentioned that the crab... More

The location is right on the corner and I have been pleased with everything I have always ordered and one time their rhubarb desert converted me to be an all time rhubarb lover--YUMM

From the atmosphere to the service to the amazing food this restaurant is a "do not miss" when you are on the Island! Myself, a friend and our three kiddos (2 - 4 year olds and a 6 year old) headed over to Bainbridge for the day and had brunch at Cafe Nola. Not a lot of restaurants have a... More

Excellent food, excellent service in a very pleasant dining room. This was one of our best meals on this trip to Washington. We can sing the praises of Cafe Nola. If you get the chance to eat here, make it happen.

Visited here just off of the ferry. We did not have reservations and were told we could sit outside immediately or wait 10 minutes to see if a reservation was a no-show inside. We had a time crunch to meet the return ferry so opted for outside. We advised of our timing and were assured that would not be a... More

We came here for lunch on our first day in Bainbridge and should have gone back for our next mean. The hostess was so nice, the wait very short and we so enjoyed the patio. I was looking for seafood without something heavy and that's exactly what I got. It was the Tortilla Crab salad. It was also great that... More

After reading glowing reviews we visited Nola Café specifically for their "Fresh Crab". On questioning our server, we found that the crab was once again canned but was as" fresh as you could buy short of cooking one yourself." Both my wife and I, against our better judgment, opted for the "Fresh Crab Melt Sandwich" for $24.00 each. The Crab... More

We wondered into this place after stoping at a few shops on our 1st trip to Bainbridge Island. We sat on the patio and it sprinkled on us towards the end of our meal. We started with a local brew and a glass of rose. Followed by delicious New England Clam Chowder on special. And finished with some Mahi Mahi... More

We were actually directed to another restaurant for our maiden voyage to Bainbridge, but alas we wanted a sit down place and headed across the street to Cafe Nola. Viola! We knew we made the right decision when we were greeted with a Menu of Bloody Marys they offer on the table! We both ordered the traditional which was out... More
