One of the better places on the island

I really do enjoy SuBi! The sushi is always fresh, the rolls are amazing and the atmosphere isn't too ostentatious. Personally, I really like the Bainbridge roll as well as some of the other spicy rolls they've come up with. Be sure to show up early if you are going on a weekend, the wait times... read more

Good restaurant, but I really didn't need to see the waitresses' tattoo all down her arm. Talk about an appetite suppressor. The management should institute a policy of no visible tattoos for employees dealing directly with customers.

Cozy room, fair prices, very nice staff, initially seems like an odd spot but once inside it's a pleasure. Sashimi was excellent quality fish, and plenty of creative and crunchy rolls for those who are not true sushi folks. Wine selection could be a LOT better, but not enough of a reason to stay away. This is good stuff and... More

I have never had a bad meal at SuBi. The food is excellent. This is our go to sushi spot and when we choose to dine out, this is our favorite place. I will say the last two times we went, the service was slow and subpar, but the food was excellent-as always. Perhaps they are short staffed or training... More

My wife and I like to sit a kitchen bars to watch how the food is prepared and ask questions when appropriate. The sushi "cooks" prepare such a variety or excellent dishes that it is always difficult to choose something to eat. The cooked items such as their tempura dishes are perfect. It all tastes authentic to our limited palates.

On a Friday night, my wife had a hankering for sushi. Kitsap County doesn't offer many choices when it comes to sushi so after some online searching we decided to give SuBI a try. When we arrived, the restaurant was fully booked so we added our name to the list and had to wait roughly 30min to be seated. Once... More

Walked in and discovered much larger than I thought but would be. Several sushi chefs preparing in view which I like. Everything ordered was tasty and fresh. Will definitely be going back. Service was a little slow but in all fairness they were very busy!

We took our out of town guests who are very savvy Japanese food lovers to SuBi. We took their advice and ordered significant quantity of food for 6. Sat in traditional Dining room with sunken chairs. The food was outstanding!! and totally engaged all of us in the quality/presentation and variety!

I went here for my birthday with my family. We had a great dinner here. There bento box is the best and you get to choose what you like off there menu. If you like California rolls I would recommend the salmon and avocado roll or there crab and avocado roll they are really good and they fill you up.... More

I love this place! They are super friendly and the Sushi is to die for. Even if you don't like traditional sushi, they have so many rolls, cooked and raw, and so many other dishes that even the most sushi-adverse person can find something delicious. They also have Happy Hour 8-9 PM during the week and late PM on Saturdays.... More
