Food is excellent!!

A hole in the wall gem!! Don't look like much on the outside but worth checking out! I have been to this restaurant about 4 times now and the food is ever disappointing. I usually get the same items which would be the combo with lamb, ground beef, and chicken kabobs. These come with basmati... read more

As many times we have been here, we are always impressed with the quality of the food--and the family who own this little gem are always sweet to us!! Yum!!

This is a small eatery in a little strip mall by the public storage place. I missed it at first and had to return. Pull into the public storage and you will see it. Easy parking. This is a family place and extremely friendly. When I arrived, food for previous orders had just finished cooking and the owners were very... More

I've tried many other places around Woodbridge and all have failed me. Al zaytouns is delicious! Everything is fresh. I ordered the lamb kabobs with rice and chick peas. First the owner asked for the temp of my meat which I've never been asked at any kabob place. I watched his wife make the bread fresh which was really nice.... More

I have never written a restaurant review before this. This restaurant may not look super appealing on the outside but more than makes up for it with their food and hospitality. My husband and I had the generous portioned chicken kabobs which were cooked to perfection served with salad, rice, bread and vegetable. The owners were gracious and gave me... More

I am not very impressed with this family run restaurant the father is not very friendly and he was working the register. The service was terrible, my food was ready in stages, they make you come to the counter for my food. I just think they should bring it to you. I had to get up for my drink, then... More

Let me start by saying that I've been to a ton of kabob restaurants in MD and VA. Al-Zaytoun is, hands down, the best. The gentleman who owns the place is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. The meat is perfectly seasoned and always prepared to the desired temperature. The lamb kabobs literally melted in my mouth! Another great hit... More

This place really doesn't look like much from the outside; but it's one of my favorites. The food is fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. Everything truly is fresh and homemade. I always get the buffet, because seconds on the chickpeas and potatoes are a must! The mint lemonade is the best ever.

This restaurant is really not great for anyone but meat eaters The vegetarian choice consisted of four curries which collectively made up what was referred to as the vegetarian buffet. None of the curries were particularly good and all were stodgy; potatoes, chick peas etc. The spinach was over cooked, the lentils were too salty. I would have expected a... More

Best family owned business. Not only there food is fantastic but they go out of there way to accommodate you. I love there lunch buffet. You have to visit.
