What a find! I had read about OBW in some wine and food magazines and was reminded of it in a Hampton Inn restaurant listing during a recent visit to Winchester. We did not know where Indian Alley was and found it by mistake when we parked in the alley to visit old town Winchester. We were there on a... more
This chef is an awesome cook. His meals are creative, tasty and always satisfying. Location is a wonderful hide-away. Makes you feel like you've discovered a secret place. Overall ambience is very good - more

The menu changes daily and features local and seasonal ingredients. We loved the fact that the web site encourages customers to "dress comfortably," We are used to Washington DC restaurants and prices and the quality of this... more
Fabulous. The chef dares to be interesting, and the time we were they he consistantly "knocked it out of the park". more
