Please do yourself a favor and don't even bother with anywhere else in town for breakfast! The service, food quality and portion size of everything was above and beyond. I would have happily paid twice as much...what a deal. The homemade hash browns are awesome and the biscuits and sausage gravy were the best I've ever had...sorry mom ;)

Came in for a weekend breakfast and had high hopes because the place was very busy. My experience was a let down. I was seated at the counter on a very uncomfortable and wobbly stool and got the experience of watching the cooks prepare their meals. This was enlightening as I now know that their hash browns come from dry... More

We ate breakfast here. The food was good diner food. Great country ham, eggs and grits. As a native New Englander, my son missed having maple syrup with his pancakes but we were far from NH.

Two can dine for $17.25; and this includes a drink and dessert. It is a selection of excellent comfort food and good portions. Servers are all helpful and attentive.

Very reasonably priced food. The place locals eat with great food- we had a skillet breakfast and an omelette. They were busy so we say at the counter with some local gentlemen. A very friendly, and warm place.

After all these years living in Winchester(39), and 2 of my grandchildren telling us how good the food was, we stopped by there and had dinner which was out of this world. Service was fantastic as well as the food. You could order Breakfast as well as a dinner menu. Lighting was dim but otherwise very comfortable.

Papermill Place is a good old fashioned diner, a real "Mom and Pops" feel to it. We have been in this area on and off for a year or so and never stopped in until the other day, when the idea of getting a patty melt came to mind. Not having had a patty melt since the 1990's, we figured... More

After all the years we lived in Winchester, friends suggested the place last week. Parking lot was packed and had to wait for a place to sit down. Good menu, good food and good value. Had breakfast entres ... regular food ... eggs / bacon/ hash browns, omelets, creamed chip beef. Well prepared and worth the wait. Will definitely be... More
