TL:DR- food took forever to arrive, was lukewarm and tough. Never before have walked out on a meal, did this time. Ordered promptly, received our drinks and a side salad and rolls. After 30 minutes asked our server who said "food runners" bring food. Host passed by later, said she would get our server to check on it. Finally arrived,... More

The bartender/waiter for the bar area disappeared for about 20 min after taking the food order, I hope he didn't have to cook it too

My wife and I each had a sirloin steak that were cooked exactly as ordered. I realize they weren't ribeyes, but they were tender and delicious, as were the sides, of which you had two choices, as well as a choice of appetizer. I had a bottle of beer and my wife had a glass of wine. Total bill: $33.... More

My table was very wobbly; kept thinking my food was going to end up in my lap. Steak was very good. Mashed potatoes tasty but oily/greasy (lots of cheese?). For better mashed potatoes, go to the Holiday Inn just down the road. PS - don't be discouraged by the puny selection of beer in the menu (as I was); ask... More

Had to wait half an hour for a table, which is always disappointing when you sit down and see so many empty tables. Food was average, despite that I was unusually starved and should have loved a good meal.

I ate at the bar since I was traveling alone and the TV offered some entertainment. There was nothing special about the bacon blue cheese burger. I ordered it rare and it came out medium-well. No surprise--e coli scares have ruined the chances of getting an exceptional burger--possibility of lawsuits controls everything. Good portions. Election night bar conversation reveals my... More

We live in NY, and first visited this restaurant in April (Winchester), then couldn't wait to return! We did so last Thursday (Winchester). The food was clearly the same top quality we encountered in April (chicken tenders extremely moist, steak cooked to perfection). The service was better than anything we've seen before - Eileen was excellent - clearly our comfort... More

Server Lindsey was there whenever we needed refills and two different managers stopped by to make sure we were taken care of. The 72 hour marinated steak was huge and one of the best I have ever had, we will be back! (on a side note our kids ate for free and we didn't have a coupon, they do this... More

We gave this place two chances. The first night, we (3) walked in and waited to be seated. No one was at the host's stand, so entered the dining area. A waitress sent us back to the host's stand where we waited to be seated. After a minute or two, we were seated at a table. It seemed to be... More
