The owners have done an excellent job to recreate the look and feel of an English pub. Especially upstairs is a great location for events. Some bartenders are great in interaction, others are just order takers. The food is average pub food, for an average price. I would like to give this a 3.5 stars if that were possible.

Great breakfast- entertaining chat with Perry, who is great. If he is cooking you are sure to get a great breakfast; the lady who works with him is not quite so good. make sure you try his hot cake. Grits and shrimp are good too, plus the usual breakfast fare. Service is slow but everything cooked from scratch and you... More

The service was good. The food was good. The atmosphere was very good even though we did not sit on the deck. The one big failing is the lack of good beers on tap.

This is place to go in Winchester over the weekend. We have been their on several occasions to have appetizers and listen to music. My wife says reminds her of Sea Crest in OC, MD.

A few of my friends and I went shopping this weekend and decided we were hot and thirsty and were directly across from the Piccadilly Pub so decided to go in the a/c and get some lunch. We had great service, great food and a very pleasant lunch experience.

A great location for group bookings - nice selection of bottled and draft beers, fast service and great food. The tilapia and crab was fantastic, and on a table of 25, nobody had a food complaint.

We found ourselves in downtown Winchester looking for breakfast and came up this wonderful little hole in the wall. It is an old-time diner-style restaurant, basically a counter plus a single table. The cook/host/waitress was great to talk with while she made up our food. This is real food from scratch ... when I ordered home fries, she took out... More

We arrived and had to seat ourselves after waiting at the front door for a while, I think they should have a sign saying to seat yourselves. I loved the menu in that you could order some smaller dinners, half dinners, which for me were definitely large enough for a meal. The service was quick and efficient, the food was... More
