First, waitress took our order then left without saying anything. Second, food was barely edible and the price was outrageous! Never again!

The food quality is very consistently good here. If you like constantly changing menus this is not the place for you. We have eaten here for several years and like the dishes this chain offers. The serving staff is reliably good and welcoming. I can't say as much for the "hostess" function. Coffee is hot, endless, and served in a... More

We are breakfast here one day. My boyfriend's food did not look like the picture, but was still OK. I ordered French toast but got pancakes, but they were yummy so I didn't mind. The menus were not updated either. All in all it was OK, nothing special.

There was nothing outstanding about this Perkins. Service was ok. Food was decent but not great. It is attached to the Best Western's lobby and they gave us a discount from the hotel. With the discount, the prices were on par with other diner type restaurants.

Ignored by hostess, then seated by a waitress who never returned to my table. I read through three sections of USA Today and the menu when I decided it was time to leave.

My DH and I stopped here for breakfast and were so happy that we did! The French toast was absolutely amazing.....the largest I've ever found. Be sure to take advantage of the buy 3 get 3 free chocolate eclairs on your way out. They were absolutely delicious! It took us about 30 minutes to get here but well worth the... More

My Mother-in-law loves Perkins and we get to go with her on special occasions. Always friendly and food is the best value in town.

We ate at this Perkins for 4 days as we were in Winchester for a convention. The breakfast portions were ample and the food was always served hot and cooked to order. A decent place to eat.

Wife and I stopped for lunch. Food took a look time and was OK at best. Entire place needs a deep cleaning and smells funny. As an added 'bonus' there was a band warming up somewhere in the building and we had to listen to that while eating. Won't be back here.
