Ignored by hostess, then seated by a waitress who never returned to my table. I read through three sections of USA Today and the menu when I decided it was time to leave.

My DH and I stopped here for breakfast and were so happy that we did! The French toast was absolutely amazing.....the largest I've ever found. Be sure to take advantage of the buy 3 get 3 free chocolate eclairs on your way out. They were absolutely delicious! It took us about 30 minutes to get here but well worth the... More

My Mother-in-law loves Perkins and we get to go with her on special occasions. Always friendly and food is the best value in town.

We ate at this Perkins for 4 days as we were in Winchester for a convention. The breakfast portions were ample and the food was always served hot and cooked to order. A decent place to eat.

Wife and I stopped for lunch. Food took a look time and was OK at best. Entire place needs a deep cleaning and smells funny. As an added 'bonus' there was a band warming up somewhere in the building and we had to listen to that while eating. Won't be back here.

We usually avoid family restaurants, but chose Perkins because it was convenient. Had a very nice dinner. Was surprised that we could order a beer and wine. In morning, we had breakfast - usual American fare. Friendly service. Nice new facility. Bakery products looked good, but we resisted temptation.

Loved everything but chicken noodle soup. Watery with overpowering carrot flavor. Loved the chocolate pie.

We ate here twice over the same weekend because it was very convenient to Shenandoah University. Food is very good and the staff is friendly. A great spot for lots of breakfast choices - coffee is good.

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes were outstanding and very "Fall-ish." Eggs were cooked too lightly but were replaced quickly.
