Ordinary at best. Waitress seemed to care less, have to ask for bread, The Traditional Shepherd's Pie portion wouldn't fill up a sparrow. I won't be going back.

Maybe it was the oil used to cook the fish and chips, maybe it was the crunchy batter...no comparison to the real fish and chips I've had in England and Ireland. Service is very good but doesn't make the food better unfortunately.

We were looking for a place for a light meal and a drink. This place was a very good fit. You can sit inside, or outside. Great beer selection. We had a spinach and artichoke dip with pita chips. Very generous size. We also had mac and cheese with bacon, caesar salad, and onion soup. All delicious. Atmosphere is nice... More

We liked the atmosphere and being able to sit outside the Saturday of the Apple Blossom Festival and take in the sights. The beer was ice cold but I stuck with the regular instead of trying anything else because our waitress was out there and of no help what so' ever. The food that we saw being served looked good... Love the renovated building Union Jacks is in, especially if you can get up to the top level - huge windows looking on the walking mall, just a neat decor. The food - really good english fare, be sure to try the Bangers and Mash! Beer -- forget about it, so many on tap, even more in bottles, the staff... More

When a beer lover finds himself in a pub with an entire menu of more than a hundred beers of high quality, including many of them on draft, it's hard to even consider the other issues to write a fair review. After a Smith and a 21st Amendment Lower de Boom, (a total of $10), I was tested. So, the... More

To keep it kind of simple , his place was ranks highly above the other English style pub in town. Food was excellent ( had the bangers dinner) and service was quick and waitress was very attentive. Beer selection was awesome. Much better than that other place. Atmosphere was also btter. Overall loved it. Thanks to the help from the... More

Unbelievable selection of beer. Food from really elegant to cheeseburgers. Great selection overall. I had the French Dip Sandwich, Wow, I couldn't eat it all, unbelievable value. Highly recommended. Construction downtown Winchester so you have to drive around to find a good parking place.

Love the food and atmosphere. Like being in an old time pub. One of the few places open on Sunday. Apples and pork chops were fantastic as well as the stuffed portabella mushroom. Prince Michel wine on tap, how cool is that?
