Was in Winchester visiting our daughter and was looking for someplace for lunch. We had just shopped at Martin's and on the back was a discount coupon for the Back Seat Bat and Grill. We figured why not?! Place is located in an industrial area so I'm figuring they get a lot of local business travel for lunch. We got... More

We stopped on the way back home to PA. My husband had the build your own grilled chicken. It was huge. And everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken was not pumped chicken. Always a plus in my book. I had a burger and that was fresh ground and nothing pumped in the meat. Love it, will always come back... More

Enjoyed a steak cooked exactly to my liking with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Extremely tasty! My sister had a "Creature Double Feature" it was enormous... Definitely worth the trip off I-81.

Nice atmosphere reminiscent of 50's diner. Varied menu- we had sirloin tips, chili, catfish, big dog- all very good! Friendly, professional staff. Clean bathrooms. Easy access on/off I-81. Definitely add to road trip favorites.

Went in for a business lunch. They had several specials to choose from so we all tried something different and everyone agreed it was great. Servers were AWESOME and the sweet tea will float you out the door. Can't wait to go back after hours and try the 1.99 beer specials! Look this place up if you’re in town, neat... More

The wife and I pulled into the Comfort Inn in Winchester on a Saturday night after our second day of ten hour driving on our way home from Florida. Worn out and looking beat all we wanted was a place to grab a quick bite and a good glass of wine before hitting the sack. The Backseat Bar and Grill... More

Food was delicious and a very busy place. Wednesday is Wings night and they were great. More than enough to eat for the price.

Backseat has the largest wings in town! Really, I have no idea if their buffalo wings come off of a turkey or an ostrich or something but they are absolutely enormous and their sauce selection is pretty decent. My family has been coming here for a few years now. My husband goes for the wings (and incredibly cheap beer). I... More

The Back Seat Bar and Gril bas built to look like a old 1950's diner. They have great prices on their draft beers. Their wings are HUGE...you can get them several different ways and with several different sauces. They have really good fried pickles. I would suggest one of their burgers. Their prices are very reasonable. I will be back.

Good place for diner style lunch food. I've not been here at night so I can't comment on that part of their menu. They also have a full bar. There is a motorcycle shop next door so I suspect you get a biker crowd evenings and weekends.
