Familiar and Predictable

You always know what you are going to get when you stop at the Cracker Barrel. It is our pit stop when traveling as well as a great place for a breakfast, or occasionally dinner. The food is not gourmet, but it is down home cooking and a fun place to refresh after a long ride.

We ate here after a 9 hour drive. Great food, great service...even my vegetarian self found some good food on the menu. Cute gift shop too!

Cracker Barrel in Winchester is a gourmet restaurant compared to the competition. Some of the chain restaurants are horrible in Winchester. This one stands tall by just doing the basics. The best things are the soup and some of the specials. Had a great corned beef and cabbage last week.

Our experience has been food quality very good, cleanliness as it should, be including rest rooms. Wait staff very attentive, professional and personable and management always visible and engaged in the business.

I have been to several Cracker Barrels in various locations, this one would rank among the better. Service was extremely efficient and the restaurant personnel were all very friendly and customer service oriented. The wait time for our food was reasonable. The food arrived hot, portion sizes were generous, taste was very good. I would return when in the area... More

Cracker Barrel most people are familiar with. The food is good, the service is usually really great depending on who you get, the gift shop people are amazingly friendly and customer service in that department is fantastic. But Cracker Barrel specially designed the chairs in their restaurants to get you in and then OUT again quickly! They are the most... More

We've enjoyed eating here many times. This last visit, I had the roast beef dinner. The beef was very tender, but the one palm-size piece was quite fatty, & ~ 1/8 inch in thickness! The sides were very good. Their bacon is very meaty & good.

Ehhh not bad but very bland food. Nothing fancy but okay i guess if you are in a hurry and looking for a cheap place to eat.
