Tried it out off a review, shared the "big omelette" and the "loaded hash browns" with my wife and we were stuffed. Very good! Mom had the French toast with sausage patties and loved it. Sausage definitely had to be homemade, delicious. Coffee not so much, although water in the area is nasty from the chlorine so little can be... More

Sunday morning we were looking for good food quickly. Using our sources, this place popped up with great reviews. Have DINER expectations. The place isn't fancy or grand but the food was excellent. Our wait time was only ten mins. We ordered omelettes, pancakes, grits, fruits and the corn cakes. Everyone's plate was cleaned! Service was speedy and polite. Try... More

The breakfast here is very good, especially if you're trying to avoid a tourist trap (Williamsburg has plenty of those) and go somewhere locals go too. It is a traditional diner (read: small and kitchy), with an occasional Greek item on the menu (owners are Greek). There are other breakfast places in Williamsburg I might go first, but we do... More

We were camping, but decided to eat most meals out. We read about Five Forks Cafe online and decided to give it a try. We took the Ferry over from Surry County, and easily found the restaurant. The waitresses were nice and attentive to your needs. They serve basic breakfast entrees, plus have daily specials. My husband and I are... More

My wife visited FFC on 6/7/14 for breakfast, it was good but I can't say its the best breakfast in Williamsburg. The grits were good, my wife had an Omelet and it was just average. The place is small and just average in apperance. It is a good place to eat and we would good back again, but it is... More

This breakfast place was recommended to us. We were disappointed in the food: the home fries were yukky and the omlet skimpy; however, the blueberry pancakes were good. Prices are low. Dinner is small and cramped.

Five Forks Café has some great specials, but in general the crowded and dirty atmosphere were major distractions. The restroom and general upkeep of the facility made it difficult to appreciate the food quality. I ordered corned beef hash, which was nothing special. Other members of our party had the French Toast and enjoyed it. The service was excellent and... More

We visited here for breakfast per tripadvisor reviews, which is unfortunate. Sure this place is a diner, but the service wasn't good AT ALL and the food was average at best. The omelet was okay, but the hash browns had a very weird taste and I didn't eat past the first bite. Very similar to a Waffle House...

The best place to eat breakfast in Williamsburg. Period. Local favorite of residents and students alike. Get there early - there can be a line, but the wait is worth it.

Made our usual stop at 5 Forks and as always we were not disappointed. The food comes in generous amounts, fast and tastes great. Only drawback is the wait but that's expected and worth the wait.
