Good - but unexceptional - Mexican food

The restaurant seemed busy when we arrived, but we were taken to a table right away. The servers rush around with a great sense of urgency, but it seemed to take a while for the food to get to the table. When the the food did arrive, it was just okay. Not bad! Just okay. The food is definitely... read more

I ate dinner with eight friends. Portions were large, most took away food boxes. Most of the folks had vegetable fajitas which looked greasy, but they were hot and sizzling and served with appropriate sides of guacamole, rice, and beans. I ordered the vegetable quesadilla which came with sides of rice and beans. Stuffing of quesadilla had the same greasy... More

My husband and I ate here tonight. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadia. My husband had the Burrito Grande. I was suppose to get shredded chicken and cheese inside tortilla. I recieved a folded tortilla with big chuncks of chicken and a tiny dab of cheese on one corner. It was very dry and tasteless. The salsa with chips... More

There are several Mexican places to eat.But as a local we find to enjoy the family run South of the Boarder our favorite. The #1 starter is absolutely wonderful. I usually get either the shrimp quesadilla or the Texas fajitas .There Salsa for the chips it is out of this world

we went there today for lunch and the owner of the restaurant was our server. When we first walked in the owner directed us to a table without even greeting us to the restaurant. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Our food arrived and my taco were ok. My wife had... More

I've always been told to judge a Mexican restaurant by the number of Mexican clientele. But that may not be true--- they may just be "Mexicans" in appearance only and don't know true Mexican food. In short, best in the area but if you're looking for authentic Mexican (not "Americanized" with heavy sauces, large portions, and flavor provided by grease/fat)... More

The food at this restaurant was your typical Mexican food. The service was good and so was the food. However they didn't have a few items that we wanted to order, so that was a downer.

My girlfriend and I went here for an early dinner tonight after seeing that the reviews were good. There were only 4 tables full during our visit and a man who seemed to be the manager was our server. He was sitting at the bar on a laptop the entire time and only came to check on us if we... More

All you can eat! No "watch for sticky fingers and hot breath" buffet! Yes, I'm a fan. Typically I stray away from all you can buffet lines. So when I went to this establishment and saw that it was all you can order and eat...(must eat or they may charge you extra), I was astonished. They have more on the... More
