Delicious food in a old world setting overlooking golf course. Recommend the sweet potato pancakes. Breakfast buffet is quite extensive as well.

The ambiance, the food, the service are unparalleled. This is Southern hospitality at its best! This is one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever dined in.

Pricy, but convenient if you're staying at the hotel and very good crab cakes. Quiet with subdued lighting, excellent service.

My wife and I enjoyed a quiet and delicious lunch here today. The Virginia ham pate was a great starter. We enjoyed the burger with the Brie and French fries. Our server was attentive and ver polite. It was a very nice way to take a small break from touring Williamsburg.

Nice crab tart and oysters. The crab should have been hotter. The rock fish was good also, nothing to interesting. Good service and great martini.

My husband and I ate in the Regency Room this past Saturday evening and the food was absolutely flawless. From the amuse bouche to the profiteroles, everything was spectacular. The chateaubriand was cooked to perfection and we cut it with a butter knife. The band was the perfect touch- Not too loud, but loud enough to dance too and they... More

Nice ambience; exceptional food; attentive servers; and a skilled pianist serenading us. It felt like a special occasion. Very romantic too. A little pricey, but worth it.

The Regency Room is elegant and sophisticated. There was a 5 piece jazz-dance band playing when we entered. It was like stepping back in time. Our seats were two wing back chairs, very comfortable. Our server greeted us and we ordered two glasses of sparkling wine, Mumms from Napa Valley ($13). It seemed the right beverage for the atmosphere. Our... More

One of our top 3 restaurants in all of our travels, the Regency Room never disappoints. Chateaubriand was on the menu, which is my wife's favorite so my she ordered it and it was perfect. I had the salmon and it, too, was wonderful. We told our waiter of our prior experiences with the chateaubriand for two (that was on... More

We had a very elegant dinner on our last night at the Inn. The only time on the whole 2 week trip that I wore a jacket to dinner. Highly recommend the chateaubriand (for two). a little more expensive served this way but worth it.
