The name is intriguing – Kind of a gimmick. The service was good and attentive, the Restaurant was clean enough. The pancakes tasted like ordinary pancakes. The omelets were average. Overall this felt like a glorified diner- so nothing special. more

My family and I visted Williamsburg this year. We got real excited about our food at Mama Steve's House of Pancakes. The combination of the Super 8 and this restaurant's pancakes made our trip fun! I recommend it for all! more

Sept 28, '07 Stopped for mid-morning breakfast. Was really pretty good, especially the pancakes. Good middle-market prices. Mens' restroom was a notch below standard. The waitress was very nice. The place was clean. The food was breakfast. I mean it wasnt horrible and it wasnt the best breakfast ever. If my hotel was next door I would eat there again. I would not drive out of my way though but if I was near it I would go. more

Went there on July 13, 2007 expecting some delicious pancakes as was noted by some patrons. However, we waited over 1/2 hour for service and when we finally received our food we were very disappointed. The menu was limited, the service fair. When we left, a time share guy accosted us in the parking lot, he would not take NO for an answer.
