Great menu and location. Staff caters to the locals, but welcomes visitors. Great for family or couples breakfast.

Prices are reasonable in a part of the city where others are not. The menu choices are very good for a restaurant this size. It is tight in there, only one restroom, but the food is good. We had a Portobello mushroom sandwich and a cranberry pecan salad. The sandwich was very filling and had lots of bean sprouts and... More

Aroma's has a great variety of southern dishes and deserts. It is overflowing with personality, and is obviously a favorite with students and locals.

I chose to go to Aromas for my birthday because we were going to the Summer Breeze Concert in Merchants Square after dinner. What a treat! My husband and I ordered the dinner special, Crab Cake and Spinach Salad. Two well-prepared, delicious crab cakes were plated with a fresh spinach salad dressed in a light raspberry vinaigrette. I am from... More

We are back!! We just can't stay away from this place. It is a cool atmosphere and great food - what more could you want?? I have come here more times than I can count - including three times this trip - seriously!! We love the Mediterranean melt (SO GOOD!) and the desserts are always good (of the ones we... More

We needed to satisfy our sweet tooth and it was getting late on a weeknight. We walked in at 9:45 pm. They close at 10:00. The young lady was so nice. She offered us a menu and then took time to talk to us. The biscotti choices were perfect. And we could not resist the colossal apple pie heated with... More

We had gone to this location thinking a former restaurant was still there but it wasn't. Liked the atmosphere and menu so we stayed. Very good breakfast and the staff was friendly. Pastries good as well. Wished I could have sampled some of their lunch specials. Parked right across the street. Will eat here again on my return to Williamsburg.

Family and dog friendly café. Terrific selection of coffees and teas. Service was very friendly and fast. Does get a little bit crowded and as such they could use another bathroom. But you won't be disappointed with the selection of drinks and desserts plus lots of nice light lunch fare and your dog is welcome. Worth a stop.

Love that they have water bowls out for dogs and lots of patio seating to enjoy your meal with your dog. I had poached eggs on grits which was absolutely delicious and my husband had French toast stuffed with Brie which I tasted and it too was delicious!

We stumbled on to have an after dinner espresso and we wished we had eaten here for dinner. So, we ate breakfast here the next 2 morning before cycling approximately 60 miles each day. The breakfasts are made to order and very good - healthy options too. Then we met friends for dinner; we all agreed there is something for... More
