This place was great. Excellent food, steaks cooked just the way you ask, very friendly service and wonderful mixed drinks. The only negative I can think of is that it was a little dim lighting in the evening, but nothing the cell phone cant fix. Food was so good. We will be back!

Food was okay, nothing particularly impressive. Service was average. Atmosphere was very 1970s steakhouse -- you expected Alice and Sam the Butcher (from the Brady Bunch) to be there having a date. Not a must go, can probably find better.

Aberdeen Barn looks as if it could be any 1980s era steak house. We had a very good meal, but there were so few customers and so few servers in the place it was a bit depressing. I guess this is off-season in Williamsburg, so maybe the place will make a comeback this summer.

My husband had the tuna and I had the prime rib. Both were excellent and very tasty. The atmosphere was nice and prices were reasonable. David our waiter was very good.

Today is our 46th wedding anniversary, and we wanted a nice place for dinner. Since we were traveling to Williamsburg for some shopping, we decided to go to the Aberdeen Barn for dinner. We have been to that restaurant several times, and have had great meals every time. Tonight was no exception - our meal was great! We started with... More

We are from Maryland and ate here for the first time. From the moment that we entered the restauant until the time we left, service was five star! The first delectable brought to our table was a basket of specialty crackers along with a serving of cheese. Next our fresh salads were served ( they offer a yummy Greek vinegarette... More

Recently my husband and I visited Williamsburg, VA. We were given a coupon for Aberdeen's for a three course meal for two from the Greensprings Resort. Prime Rib was one of the choices. We both ordered it and agreed that it was the best Prime Rib we ever had. Our appetizer of corn chowder was also very good as was... More

Never would I think one of my favorite meals and dining experiences would come from a restaurant with the name Barn in it! WE came as a group of six for a dinner after spending a busy day in downtown Williamsburg. There are plenty of places to eat, but this place came highly recommended. They are well known for their... There was almost no one in the restaurant, however it is a slow tourist time when we visited. The service was fine, however the food was average. I felt it was a little over priced. They need to enlarge their wine by the glass selection. All in all it was ok, but expensive for what we got.
