We had a wonderful steak and prime rib dinner. The food is excellent and serve spread cheese and crackers as you are seated.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a visit to Aberdeen Barn. We were well pleased by our meals and service. Price Rib is excellent and the Tuna Bites are par excellence!

My husband and I were on our honeymoon for the weekend in Williamsburg and visited on a Sunday evening for dinner. I agree with a previous reviewer that it was a little too dark....it was romantic but we had a hard time reading the menu:/ The server's assistant that filled the water, brought bread, pre-bussed table, etc was very polite... For one thing it was so dark inside this venue, it was difficult to read the menu. Our steaks were only warm, and sadly a little chewy. I felt that this restaurant was a little pretentious with service over the top which unfortunately didn't match the quality of the food.

We went to the Aberdeen Barn on a recommendation from the concierge at our resort. After traveling all day we were looking for a nice place to eat dinner. The Barn was it! It is an old establishment, @ 40 years serving diners. It is a nice, quiet, relaxing place for those that want a fine meal that won't break... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. As they had a great "Special", we decided to give it a try. The prime rib was excellent. The fish combination was not. The atmosphere left a little to be desired. For the "Special" it was all right. We would not recommend.

I ate by myself at the Aberdeen Barn on Friday, Oct 24. I waited for it to open at 5 PM after a day sight-seeing and before heading back home to Richmond. Although I would likely be in and out in an hour, the male, middle-aged host tried to seat me at a very small 2-top, the type of table... More

While this is my first time at the Barn, I am confident that this family restaurant has not changed a thing in decades. It does not need to. Superior service, unpretentious food, reasonable prices, and decor from days gone past brought back many favorable memories. The tuna was excellent and did not need the accompanying sauce. The Prime Rib was... More

Our four meals were all good but nothing particularly special. Two diners had the prime rib which was good but lacked seasoning. It did come with horseradish but, for my taste, salt and pepper would have enhanced it. Another diner reported her steak was ok while the surf and turf was reported to be very good. We all enjoyed a... More

Excellent food and service! Best prime rib in town! John was a wonderful and friendly server. Will be going there again on our next trip to Williamsburg!
