Let's be honest no one expects to get great food in a cafe that is a part of what is essentially a tourist trap, albeit educational one. This cafe is an exception to the rule. I will start with the fruit/veggie combo chicken salad as it was better than in some very reputable highly rated restaurants in the area-all ingredients... More

This was my kids favorite stop. They loved the interactive areas and the outdoor museum. They didn't enjoy the indoor museum as much but my husband found all the artifacts to be fascinating!

It was lovely to have something not fried for a change. We had lovely freshly prepared sandwiches and sat outside on the James River. Drop in when visiting Jamestown, on the way to the museum there.

We visited the Williamsburg for a week's vacation the end of January and visited the Jamestown Settlement. When we checked in we were told about the café on site. We took the noon tour and decided to grab a bite before continuing the rest of the site. What a pleasant surprise to find a pretty good menu of freshly prepared... More

We didn't find the restaurants all that great in Williamsburg/Jamestown/Yorktown. However, this cafe was excellent. We ordered soup, a sandwich and a hummus plate. The coffee was good quality and fresh, the veggies that came with the hummus were very fresh and crisp. The sandwich was good - deli turkey that tasted fresh and of good quality with a cranberry...
