Highly recommend this restaurant if you like seafood. The crab cakes were the best we have had in a very long time.

We went to the restaurant envisioning excellent seafood after a day touring Williamsburg and Yorktown. Reviews we read on line were positive. We walked in, four of us, and the place was not even half full. No one else was waiting for a table and there were several empty tables. We were advise it would be a few minutes. Twenty... More

We went for a late lunch this past Sunday, and were a little bit surprised to find out this was a fancy restaurant (it really didn't look like it would be from the outside). Yes, the décor is dated, but I thought it was kind of retro and neat so that didn't bother me at all. Some of the carpet... More

This restaurant served excellent food, the service was excellent as well. I was quite surprised with their idea of serving wine. I was the only wine drinker at our table. A bottle would have been too much. Most high end restaurants have a selection of nice wine by the glass. Not this one. The "house" wine was ok... and that... More

After reading the mixed reviews, I was a little unsure about what kind of food and service I would get. I had already made reservations and I really didn't feel like looking for somewhere else to eat. This was mine and hubby's 6th wedding anniversary. Seafarer was right by our hotel, so first, we were thrilled with the location. We... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by several business owners. So we gave it a try. The decor was nautical. Our waiter, Eric, was extremely courteous, attentive and informative. We had the special of the day, which was swordfish. Two out of three of us enjoyed it. One of our friends had the scallops. He said it was very good.

Very elegant but the Wiener Schnitzel for $26 was not what a Wiener Schnitzel should be, it is veal that is sautéed. There was no breading & tasted terrible the amount of oil on the plate was terrible. When I told the manager that it was prepared all wrong he did offer to substitute something else, by that time I... More

Two of us ate here. Interior was dated and extremely close seating; not an enjoyable setting. The calamari was fresh but very bland. We both love Pan Seared Sea Scallops but ours were served with so much oil we did not eat them all. The Tournedos of Beef was very tender and the crabmeat was excellent. We will not return.

Make this a stop while in Williamsburg. The interior may be a bit dated however I liked it a lot. I get a bit tired of all the "new" places trying to out due the locals and this place has super food, great service. My wife had the crab cakes and I had the scallops.. yummy. I get scallops often... Service and food was great. Atmosphere is as if you were on an old cruise (you know...when cruising was fancier). Service was great...we had Eric and he was kind and attentive. I had the Seafood Sauzan and it had great flavor...yet mild and not heavy in sauce. The calamari for appetizer was quite good as well. Sherbet is served before... More
