When traveling we always try restaurants the are from the area. We can eat Denny's, IHOP and other chain restaurants anywhere. I have been hungry for a really good pizza and they delivered it!!! You have to order first, then sit and eat like fast food. But the staff was very friendly, and were fast. It was a Sunday after... More

My wife and I stopped in here on the advice of a local. To be fair this is a deli that is more of an Italian style deli. I ordered a corned beef/pastrami sandwich that did not even measure up to the Manny's in Chicago's Midway airport. The Chicken salad was good but uninspiring.

We went on a Sunday morning in the middle of the church rush. The wait wasn't crazy, the employees were very friendly and the place was clean. The food was great! My friend had a Reuben and she says it was the best she's ever had. I had the grilled chicken sub and it, too, was fabulous. The picky eater--five... More

When traveling, I always ask for places to eat that are good, local places. I can eat in a chain restaurant at home-lol. So New York Deli & Pizza was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. It's a little overwhelming when you walk in as the place was loud and crowded. But I always think- if its crowded... More

I have lived in Virginia for 15 years and New York Deli is the only place that I will eat Pastrami ! I have ordered Pastrami at every place that has it on the menu and was served inedible fatty garbage until I found New York Deli.

I've never been to a deli in NY but NY Deli in Williamsburg was excellent! Very generous portions and good value! The Italian Sub and Corned Beef were terrific! Great place for locals and tourists!

If you're a sucker for souvlaki, tzatziki and a warm thick pita, this is the place for you!! Everything I've had there - including the hot veggie sub- is delicious and reasonably priced. Our boys happily split a small pizza. Eat outside if the weather allows.

The service is good, an expansive menu, a killer Rueben sandwich. Many patrons rave about the pizza which looks good but its the Rueben which stands out for me. I've tried the Gyro and was disappointed. If you love Rueben's, try the New York Deli on Richmond Road in the direction of Toano

Convenient to historic area and outlet malls. Good selection of burgers and sandwiches. Efficient and clean. Our go-to sandwich place in the area.
