I never expected to find a tearoom in the middle of an antiques mall! It is very small, but filled with lots of things you expect in a tearoom. The owner and staff were very gracious. We were treated to complimentary cups of soup (YUMMMM!) and samples of sandwiches we hadn't ordered. The chicken salad sandwiches we had ordered were... More

When my friend and I went to the tea room with our husbands, we were unsure of how our lunch would be, but we all were pleasantly surprised. The soup, sandwiches and desserts were excellent!! The scones were better than those we've had in England. We will definitely return when we are in Willaimsburg.

Although I've been to the Williamsburg Antique Mall many dozens of times over the years, I only recently tried the little tea room this past weekend. The Potato soup was delicious as were the grilled sandwiches. Everything homemade by the dear elderly lady who owns the place. She's as sweet as can be, very thoughtful and goes out of her... More

The tea room is very cute. However, the owner -an elderly woman- stops at each table and talks about her personal life incessantly. She needs to be gently reminded that people are not there for a one sided gabfest.

Stopped in for afternoon break from traveling and shopping. Quaint little alcove in a Antique Shopping mall Hostess was charming. I sampled the Lemon pound cake with lemon ice cream. Cake was homemade and fresh. Next visit I must try the homemade organic sandwiches Definitely 👍👍

I discovered La Petite Tearoom by chance and so happy I did. Me and my family chose to seek cover from the rain in the Antique mall. As we strolled through the isles, we discovered a truly memorable experience. Not only did Jean's strawberry bread pudding make it memorable one, but Jean herself. I'm so glad we sat down for... Everything I have tried is here very good. They have both cold sandwiches and hot, open-faced sandwiches. The desserts are homemade and amazing. Sometimes they have soup and sometimes they don't, usually good. For what you get La Petite Tea Room can be a little pricey. But if you love great food then it is definitely worth it! It's a... We really went to the Antique Hall but discovered the tearoom while there. Unfortunately it was closed that day but we returned to have lunch the following day - and very glad we did. Everything about the place screams TLC. From the lovely china to the friendly owner/cook - we couldn't fault it. It is tiny and every seat was... More

Everytime I go to Williamsburg (several times a year) I always have to go to this tiny tearoom. The food and tea and decor all combine to make a special, intimate meal. And there is the added benefit of one of the loveliest owners/chef running the place--she is a delight! The bonus is it is in the Antique Mall--can't beat... More

La Petite Tearoom is a marvelous addition to the Antique Mall in which it is located. I look forward to every visit and interacting with the lovely owner/operator who is totally charming and chats with her visitors as she cooks. If you like antiques and tasty food, this is a perfect marriage!!
