We had dinner in Jan with starters, entrees and desserts. The food was incredible. Three of us had the filet and licked the place. The blood orange curd was incredible. The service was good. The only downside was our non-wine drinker felt dissuaded from ordering a beer - the selection was narrow and wait staff discouraging about the selection. The... More

Absolutely one of the best meals I have had. Celebrated my wife's birthday and visited for dinner. If the Cheese Plate is available as an appetizer, get it. If not, ask if they happen to have it. Was not an option on the menu when we visited, but Chef made it especially for us. It is incredible! Had the Lamb... More

The food was amazing for both dinner and breakfast. They had some of the best servers for all three times we ate there during our stay at the Wedmore Place. I highly recommend their food, and their prices are very reasonable.

December 23 While describing the evenings specials our waiter seemed bored, unfocused and was distracted by something going on behind us. The Café was almost empty, goodness only knows what would have taken place if it were busy! When asked about certain wines his knowledge seemed to fail him. Fortunately, my significant other's knowledge of wine is, shall we say,... More

Cafe Provencal is perfection from start to finish. The stage is prepared by driving onto the winery property. As you pass the acres of vines it's almost as if you're going back in time. The Wedmore Place building is regal and continental despite being built in the last decade. The Cafe itself is relaxed, serene, and warm. The staff was... More

This restaurant is tucked away in the Williamsburg Winery, and has simply amazing food, service, and ambiance. Their international chef in creative and you will find dishes here that are served no where else in the world. Great service, great food!

Cafe Provencal is a gem. The foie gras was prepared with exacting skill and could make your toes curl. The truffle aioli is almost a religious experience. Presentations and atmosphere are elegant and refined. The staff is superb and knowledgable. Highly recommended.
