This is not gourmet. The menu is aimed at young kids. This is a lot like Chucky Cheese restaurant chain. The food is great value and cheaper than at Great Wolf Lodge.

The food wasn't terrible, but it was insanely loud even though it wasn't crowded. Service was friendly but slow. The decorations were fun for the kids. Not a terrible place to go with the kids if you need a place within walking distance of GWL that's better than the Loose Moose, but not worth much else.

We tried for a dinner out at this restaurant, located next door to the Great Wolf Water Park. The place was jammed with children, being noisy as children ought to be. We're guessing that the mob was escaping the restaurant in the Lodge, especially if the food was as dreadful as it was in the Lodge in North Carolina (which... More

By A tween... Jungle Jim's is always my first choice to eat in Williamsburg, they have great food, kid friendly, good drinks, and more. Jungle Jim's has this cute jungle theme. Kids get to were a tiki mask that is also a menu. If you have kids, then at the end of your visit they get to pick a prize... More

This place was nice. Had a nice atmosphere and the food was alright but nothing fancy. It is located right outside of great wolf lodge.

Dinner at the Jungle...we were greeted and seated as soon as we walked through the door, restaurant was busy our host seated our party, went over the nightly specials and returned to the table with a bowl of snack mix to enjoy before ordering. The menu is limited but in combination with the nightly specials had something to offer everyone in... More

Went there with my kids and it started out as the worst night because of our server named Joe, he was just a bad waiter, we were ready to leave and find another restaurant until our food came, it was awesome! My burger was cooked to perfection and all of the kids' meals looked good. I love the food but... More

We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and went here for dinner. The restaurant was empty. The decor is cute with a tiki bar/tropical theme. The food was fine, but they need to liven up the atmosphere. There was no music on and just the Disney Channel on the TVs.

We stopped in after an evening of swimming at Great Wolf. The restaurant itself was fine. I think there were maybe 2 other people in besides us but it was early and had more tables when we left. The service was very good, courteous staff with a smile. The food was good, nothing to rave about but it wasn't terrible... More

They have really changed! The menu is completely different and the service was not great at all! The young lady sat us down, and then we never saw anyone again. We sat there for about 15 minutes to no avail. Got up and left. This restaurant was always our go-to when visiting GWL. What a sad and disappointing change.
