zpizza was founded in the art colony of Laguna Beach, California, where creativity and craftsmanship have flourished for almost a century. So it comes as no surprise that our critically acclaimed pizza is a true Laguna original. A passion for great food is why we start with dough made from 100% organic wheat flour prepared fresh every day, hand-thrown and fire-baked until uniquely crisp. Our zest for quality continues when the toppings go on. We combine select ingredients using award-winning skim mozzarella from Wisconsin, certified organic tomato sauce, MSG-free pepperoni, additive-free sausage, and fresh produce. Our gourmet salads and sandwiches are just as delicious.

Great gluten free and vegan options

Located in the New Town area of Williamsburg a 10-15 minute drive from the Colonial District, Z Pizza is a great option for those seeking gluten free and/or vegan dining. The staff is careful to avoid cross contamination when making the gluten free pizza. The variety of toppings and the choice of... read more

Pizza was very good. Unique toppings and unusual flavors on a not so traditional crust. My problem is that we get home and our salad was old. Avocado was brown, lettuce looked to be right out of a bag from the grocery store and had many limp, old pieces. I was going to take it back but just didn't have... More

it is a great place to eat pizza. They are really yummy. You can have a slice or just order a whole. They have specials sometimes you can order a second pizza for $5. Staff is super friendly and nice. You can eat there or jus take to go.

Had lunch at APizza, about a 20 pizza menu, or by the slice still warm. Sandwiches, salads fountain or bottle drinks. I had 1 slice of Mediterranean pizza and 1/2 walnut goat cheese salad. Pizza a little bit tough crust, salad made fresh, plenty of walnuts! Have been there twice, months apart, so no surprises, consistent food. At least you... More

Have tried Z a couple times and it has been disappointing. Pizza is generally undercooked, with little taste and is expensive. Not a good combination.

We enjoyed the fact that they offered vegan pizza. If you don't expect much of a dining experience this place offers good pizza at a reasonable price.

Unusual combinations of toppings - you MUST try the Tuscan - wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, and goat cheese - really awesome And for all of those NY-types complaining that it's NOT a "NY style pizza", no it's not. It has a thin crust and is more like a flatbread - but that doesn't mean it's not super tasty! Go on... More

Tuesday is a great day for Pizza at Z. I think its something like $5 for your second pizza. Love the pizza! Great service. Nice staff. I pick it up. The atmosphere is clean but bright and not really for relaxing and dining.

As a native northerner who grew up on NY style pizza this doesn't come close. We consider ourselves pizza aficionados and frankly I was embarrassed that I suggested this place based on previous reviews! I've had better "healthy pizzas" from Philly, NJ, and NY that would blow this place out of the water! Pizza? Or Flatbread with toppings? Disappointed!
