This was ok but not much taste to the food. Attentive waiting staff. Huge portion of desert. Typical food from a chain restaurant.
Excellent service , quality food , I did have to ask for change of seating . We were seated at table by entrance door , too much foot traffic, but there was not a problem changing tables.
Carrabba's is one of the better chain Italian restaurants, but this particular location has consistently missed the mark. On my most recent visit, I ordered the mussels as my meal. In the past, the small portion of the Cozze in Bianco was more than enough for a meal. This time, the portion was so small it came on a little... More
We have eaten at many a Carrabba's and I have yet to find one that was a disappointment. My husband and I have a hard time finding a place that will accomadate us since we are on a resticted diet, vegan, but everytime Carrabba's comes through with their Whole Wheat Pasta. Don't ever get rid of your Whole Wheat Pasta... More
Service is always excellent. They will make any changes to the food that you request. This is much better than your average Carrabas restaurant. Food is consistently good. Manager is always stopping by each and every table to greet the guests. The location of this one is in the heart of the Williamsburg restaurant area on Richmond Road.

I had veal marsala, while my wife had lasagna. My veal was chewy, and my wife thought the lasagna was average, at best. We think there are better Italian... More
The service great we had West college student he took a picture for us. I was surprise the crab cake was wonderful to the palate. The oil was not to good for my stomach but all in great food we went back again but did carry out.
Excellent experience. The food, service and atmosphere was wonderful. I liove the menu offerings here because there is something for everyone in a large group. Salads, pasta, pizza, chicken, beef, shrimp and even lobster ravioli on the menu. Warm Bread with olive oil on the table while ordering is a nice touch and appreciated.
You can't beat the servers and staff at this Carrabba's. Southern Hospitality at its best. The food, however, has gone down quite a bit. We were here same time last year, and loved the food. This year, however, not so great. The kids' meals were fine; they both had the kids' ravioli. We ordered the fried zucchini as an appetizer.... More
