Good Food, Great Service!

Lunched here Wednesday with my wife. Our friendly and energetic server Ben allowed us to order off the dinner menu, Chicken Piccata with capers--one of our favorites. The delicious bread came first, along with our Pinot Grigio wine (not nearly chilled enough--booo!) Next came our Caesar salads... read more

I like Carrabba's. It's a good Thursday night alternative. But, like the title of this review says, the meal just didn't work. I tried one of the Specials, some Chicken Parm Arugula dish. It came across like a salad on top of a McDonald's crispy chicken sandwich. Just not good!! I'll go there again. But, I'll probably stay with one... More

While on vacation with my twin sons, I stopped in to grab buttered noodles and meatballs for them and salad for me. I was given free side of calamari and I paid for a gin & tonic while I waited the 10 minutes (they said it would take 20). Everyone was smiling and kept asking if I needed anything. Phenomenal... Been to this restaurant 2 times..the first time when they opened,,,,didn't like it then and we received a gift card to go back...so we tried it again and still disappointed....The food is blah and the portions I felt were small..I feel the prices could be better for what you get....on the positive side, the staff was friendly and they were... They sat us right away. The waitress quickly took our drink and appetizer order. Our drinks and appetizers came quickly however then out waitress did not return for a long time. The food was good but the service was just ok.

The wonder is why anyone goes into this place. You could pick from more than a half dozen local Italian restaurants and do better than this joint. It has marketing. It has a pleasant enough room and big TV's around the bar. So, have a drink, watch a game. But if you intend to eat here, look out. Small portions,... More

We were introduced to the Carrabba's family at the Williamsburg restaurant, and were happy to find one closer to home. My husband and I had supper at the Williamsburg, VA, Carrabba's last week. The food consistently is delicious and plentiful. We love the sausage/lentil soup, Chicken Bryan, and other dishes. We go to this restaurant every time we're in Williamsburg... More

I WAS a repeat customer and fan of Carraba's, but I am done! I will be throwing out my Dine Rewards card... The last time we went the service was horrible and was served raw pork... This time I ordered lunch to go, 2 chicken caesar salads ($9+ each). When I got home I found maybe 1/3 of a chicken... More

Carraba's has been around for a long time around the country, so you pretty much know what you're getting: really fattening Italian food in large portions that tastes very good, in a large dining room made to look like an Italian family restaurant instead of the major chain that it is. In our visit to this Williamsburg location, the service... More

This was our second time eating here, and the foid was just as good as it was the first time. It was very crowded and she couldn't find our reservation but the hostess just added us so that we wouldn't have to wait.we had the chicken flatbread appetizer which was out of this world! Our entrees were the chicken fettuccine... More
