Very friendly staff, country homecooked, and great prices. Two can eat under 20 bucks. I would recommend this place. Keep the money local.

We stopped by after a drive down the Shenandoah Parkway. It was just before 2pm (closing time) and biscuits had been sold out since 10am so I opted for the open face roast beef sandwich. Great mashed potatoes and gravy from a mix. Mac and cheesr was homemade and I wanted more. My special was less than $8. The husband... More

This reminded us of the diners of the past. The food was OK and pretty cheap. This place, however, is not equipped for the volume of people that frequent. There was a pretty decent size crew, however, they waited on the locals first. They appeared disorganized and overwhelmed. There is only one grill in the back. The dining area is... More

Heard about this place from other AT hikers. We were NOT disapointed!! Thanks to Amy we had the best breakfast of our entire trip. And Weasie's is the only place I have ever found that offered Chipped Beef Gravy! Great food served in large portions at fair prices. We'll be coming back to Waynesboro in May 2014 and we're already... More

We happened upon Weasie's Kitchen in Waynesboro as we left the Appalachian Trail. Simple and honest home cooking. Big portions, great food, low prices. This was the local hangout, super friendly, sweet and solicitous staff, we felt very welcome here. I had eggs, home fries, a huge biscuit with apple butter and scrapple, which is is never on menus where... More

My son and i have a sunday ritual of visiting the flea market on sundays just across the street then going to dine. My son's favorite is the stuffed chicken breast dinner, we have never had a bad meal here and the folks we have always had good service. The prices are very reasonable and portion sizes are filling, highly... More

Great breakfast for what it is. Love having breakfast here. Have been here many times as I live in town. Much better than pretentious chains, etc.

Very nice little place that serves what we would call home cooking. Food was very good and very pleasant staff.

Wanting to avoid the chains we came to this place because of the reviews here. A small place with an informal atmosphere, the food was good but the service was surprisingly slow and a little inattentive for the number of servers they had. No one said anything to us as we waited for a table. The cinnamon buns we asked... More

Stumbled upon Weasie's after hiking in Shenandoah N.P. I was hungry, so I ordered the Hungry Boy Breakfast and I couldn't even finish it: 3 huge, deliciously fluffy pancakes, sausage, potatoes, and eggs. I'm not normally a pancake fan, but these were some of the best! The staff were very friendly. Definitely a local, hole in the wall kind of... More
