If you go here when it's busy the food is great. Don't go during slow hours because the food sits and dries out. The service is fair, not the best. The environment is very nice and the restaurant is very clean.

Food is your average American Chinese. Fruit was fresh, sushi was good glad to see soy paper instead of nori and food was warm.

WE wanted real food and tried on a whim after a recommendation. This is one of the better buffets we have gone to. WE will be back in the future on our next trip here.

First ate here while hiking the Appalachian Trail. Came back in the spring. This restaurant is famous on the trail; everyone stops in. The selection at the buffet is large, the quality is good. The sushi chefs do provide a large and tasty selection. The service is fine for a buffet, and the price is excellent.

What wasn't grossly overcooked was swimming in grease! The sushi was dried out. The meats on the Hibachi bar looked like they had been there since lunch. Greasy plates on the buffet lines. The dressings on the salad bar had a dried film over them. I remember going there around 18 months ago and it was pretty good. Well all... More

We went here the other night. party of 6. about 7pm. only about 6 tables filled. The sushi was dried out... what there was. It was room temp. The buffet bar was decimated. Nothing was hot. The Teppan Yaki grill was tasteless. The service was slow. But the place was filthy. You stuck to the floors. The carpets had food... More

I just ate at Ming Garden. I have eaten here once before and wasn't impressed. Time has a funny way of having you forget the past. I probably tried to forget. My first warning should have been the vomit in the parking lot. I literally parked my car, got out and saw this disgusting welcome to the restaurant. I went... More

If you like lots of med to poor quality food this is the place to go. Everything I got - Soup, Sushi, Main Course, Ice Cream was of poor quality. If even one dish was mediocre I would upgrade the rating.

I use to rate fast food Chinese a little higher, but I just can't anymore. I've had the chance recently to eat at Chinese restaurants that do not serve buffet style. They cook each meal to order and they use fresh ingredients. The difference is notable. I found little at Ming that was note worthy. Everything seemed off to me.... More

I live close by the restaurant that was very good before. I returned several weeks ago and the food was abundant like always but the quality was bad, the sushi not fresh, and fly's around all food. I don't recommend this restaurant anymore
