Good Wines in Warrenton

This restaurant is now called The New Bridge in Warrenton. We stopped by last Wednesday night and it did look much the same but maybe spruced up some with fresh paint. The menu had some new interesting additions. And the prices did go up a bit from our last visit. Overall I would say this is a nice... read more

My husband ordered the meatloaf and it was good. I ordered the Hanger Steak and it was horrible. My french fries were cold, they brought me fresh hot fries. The Hanger Steak should have been cut differently, it was cut straight down and it was like chewing gum. Made the comment about it, no response. We asked if they had... More

We stopped in since the place reopened, and were again very impressed with the service, wine selection and food. Ask for Ivan at the bar, he's incredibly knowledgeable about the wines.

Went here for lunch and it was clean with nice decorum. We were the only ones in the restaurant upon arrival. Service was slow throughout the lunch. Slow for taking order, slow getting drinks, slow getting refills, etc. My wife got the duck breast salad ($12) and butternut squash soup ($8 bowl). I got the chicken club with fries ($12).... More

We ate at this restaurant a number of times when it was called Iron Bridge Wine Company and always enjoyed it. Last Fall, we had lunch at what was then called The Bridge (new ownership) and it was very good. Dinner reservations were cancelled when the liquor license had expired (or found out to be invalid for the new owner).... More

Went there for a birthday and the food was wonderful! The service was fantastic and the management came around and introduced themselves and asked how things were. I would recommend this to all! A little pricey, but well worth it!

Due to so many "inner workings" the restaurant closed for a short time, re-opened under a new name (and leadership). Unfortuantely with all the problems, they don't have an ABC License (for serving alcohol) but they are coming up with dynamic ways to make it worth the wait. The food is good, the servers have always been excellent...give it a... More

The Warrenton location has closed. Rumor is they are looking for another location to reopen. I hope so I really liked the place. Trying to fill my 100 character minimum.

We decided to stop in Warrenton to break up a long road trip and used Trip Advisor for a restaurant recommendation. Our dinner there at "The Bridge" (I understand there is a name change along with the new owners who took over a couple of weeks ago) was the best meal we had on the trip. Our server, Doc, was... So we ended up in Warrenton for the weekend after Kings of Leon cancelled their concert. That sucked. Couldn't cancel bed and breakfast so we decided to hang out and explore. After poking our heads into a couple local places we found Iron Bridge, felt like we had been teleported to another dimension. All the staff were warm and welcoming,... More
