My husband and I vacation in VA Beach nearly every year. We love Mojito - but have to gear ourselves up mentally. It's TINY - seven tables and a small counter for a bar. It's in a former tiny beach cottage. That said, they have an ample outdoor porch with seating for those who are willing to wait often an... More

We arrived about 15 minutes after they opened for dinner, and were told it would be a 45 minute wait, but since it was early we decided to wait on the little deck shared with the Subway next door. No drinks on the deck, so after a while we moved inside so we could have a beverage while we waited.... More

We were staying two blocks from Mojito and love going where the locals go. This little place (8 tables, 6 bar stools) is worth the wait. We waited an hour. It appeared that there were two people working the front of the house/making Mojitos and a couple of cooks. They have a small menu, but it packs a punch. The... More

What a great little restaurant. The wait is a bit long but well worth it. The mojitos are excellent and the food is phenomenal! Give it a try you wont' regret it!

We had dinner here after researching restaurants in the area. The food was amazing and the mojitos were the best we've ever had! I had Ropa vieja for dinner and we had a delicious dessert, I think it was bread pudding but they all sounded so good. The rest of the trip, we did not find another place that even... More

Mojito Cafe is a very small restaurant with very big taste. This is one of those hole-in-the-wall discoveries that makes you go "Wow!" The food is kind of a hybrid of Cuban and Puerto Rican cuisine. Our party of six ordered a wide variety of appetizers and entrees, and all of them were terrific. One member of our group who... More

Scrumptious vibrantly fresh Puerto Rican/Cuban food, not to be missed. First discovered this place over two yrs. ago. Went back again today for lunch, as part of a return trip to Va Beach. Am really glad they're doing so well. They deserve it! Great food, service & value.

One of the best meals that I have ever had. I had the paella and a great chocolate cake. Great food and friendly. The people I talked to had been there many times. I plan to return often.

I had a wonderful meal complete with bbq salmon in guava sauce, maduros, black beans and rice, flan, and a traditional mojito. I enjoyed every bit! Do not underestimate this little place next to Subway! It's great cuban!

This is a popular spot with very good food. It gets crowded and because it is so small they don't take reservations. I had paella it was so good. They also have great mojitos. Don't miss this place.
