This place is super small, but efficient. There are only 4 booths and a counter, but they move people in and out like champs. Pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and chipped beef are just what you would expect from an old school coffee shop. View of the beach and plenty of parking.

Everytime I visit I seem to see Mario outside and he always greet me with a friendly hello and smile...he never allows me to open the door on my own...he treats me like im a Queen and that the coffee shop is my palace and that everybody in there are waiting on me.......(all smiles :-) I look forward to the... The Belvidere restaurant has long been a favorite of my Dads and I understand why. The food here is freshly made from scratch and it's delicious! A favorite of locals, it's tucked away a bit (inside the Belvedere Motel) next door to the Sheraton hotel.

I ate here when I stayed at The Belvedere. I couldn't believe the excellent service I received. It has friendly service like I haven't seen in YEARS. 3 of us had a $24 breakfast. Eggs etc. Clean quick and good. Fab pancakes. Fun if you have to wait as it's off the boardwalk. Enter in the back by the hotel pool. Tiny diner so you need to be in the mood.

This place is a fast great value with great service. Makes you feel like old school Midwest diner, not a Va beach overpriced meal. Great hole on wall with only a short wait.

We always try to go here for breakfast and each time we go everything is perfect. The eggs are not runny, bacon is crisp, pancakes are cooked to perfection. Love the whole diner/coffee house vibe too and... it's oceanfront. Don't miss out!
